I am looking for someone to sublease my room for the spring of 2016, as I will be studying abroad (could extend from December to May/June depending on what is wanted, I may have someone there over the summer already). Rent is $580 (without gas and electricity) but I am willing to pay some of that to bring the rent down to $495. I have 4 other roommates, all girls who are nice and easy to get along with, so I am looking for a female subleaser. Pets are negotiable but no smoking, and I would be willing to leave the room furnished (mattress, desk, cube organizer with boxes) or unfurnished.

As a resident at The Cottages you have full access to the clubhouse which has study rooms, a common room, computers and a printer (print for free), a pool, and a hot tub (also free food on some days). It's 5-10 minutes from campus and has gorgeous views.
