Buy And Hold Bargain! Not much needed here to get rent ready and would also be a nice quick fix and flip.....perfect rental investment that will bring in $850-950 per month in rent. This was originally a 2 beds that had a third room addition on to the back of the house. The best part is I don't believe the square footage was ever added on the city site so it should have at least another 100 square feet The washer / dryer area was also a screened in porch at 1 time so that is potentially another added space to the square footage of the home, but don't forget the 320 sq. feet garage!
