I have been living her for a few months and I absolutely love it here!!! I love Julia and Ashley!!! If you ever need anything, just go and speak with one of them! Tell then that I sent you!!! I'm really pleased with the service here, and I would recommend anyone to live here! I absolutely love my apartment! I have a fire place, clean carpet, black appliances, a sunroom, and I'm on the walk-in level! I can't explain more of how much I love it here! Also, the maintenance men are the best! Ed and Willie always fix anything that I need them to!!! Of course with any apartment, they can't just drop everything and handle something that's minor, but they do get to me and make sure that I'm really happy!!! They are friendly and down to earth! Move here!!! Have a blessed day!!!

So when we did our initial walk through there was a roach. I thought "maybe it came in from outside" and the lady said they were going to spray. The guy came and said "I'm not going to spray it was dead there is no reason to spray" we had bug issues for the whole year. We always paid our rent on time the staff is mostly nice although the manager was awful awful even the staff hated her. they advertise 2 pools but refuse to give you the Key to one of the pools. they say it is year round but when we tried to swim in april they said the pool was closed. all the gym equipment is broken. there is no security. and no laundry area even though it is advertised. kids knock on the door to see who is home and who they can rob. stuff gets stolen all the time. windows of cars get broken people get mugged and people break into your apartment and take everything you own. EVERYONE smokes weed and they do it at the pool in the open like nobody cares. when you move out they walk through your house when your not home before you move out and when you go for the last walk though they tell you they already did the walk through. they say "we have to replace the whole carpet" they don't even try and steam clean when the carpets were not even that bad. And then they want to charge you even though they didn't really have to replace they carpets they choose to. I am so glad I moved out and there is no way in hell I would EVER move into another wesley apartment home. I am so glad I got my family out of there!

I have lived at Wesley Travento for over a year and my experience with this complex has not been anything positive. I have encountered a variety of concerns and maintenance issues, and these issues continue to go unresolved. From day one, I recall experiencing issues that never got addressed. Not only do I have a list of issues with Wesley Travento, there is rarely someone available and willing to assist you. I feel that I have so many complaints and issues, that the list would be too long to include. I understand that things happen and some are unforeseen, but the part that upsets me most and is most frustrating is the HORRIBLE customer service. The place definitely does not feel like home and the managers are owners would not live under the conditions that they ask their residents to. Even with all of my negative experiences my rent is always on time, and I never cause any issues or problems for my neighbors or the apartment home, which I feel should make me a valued resident. However, I feel that the staff and management at Wesley Travento care nothing about that. Unless you are homeless or in dire need for a place to live, I would never recommend Wesley Travento. I am not sure about other Wesley properties, but Wesley Travento is certainly not the place to call home.

I have been here about 4 months and I am wishing my lease was much shorter than a year. Putting aside some of the apartment issues, the internet company alone is enough to make me want to break my lease. It is some company that seems to be run by 3 or 4 people who are all so very unprofessional and do not care about anything but taking your money. Do not live here if you work from home!! Your internet will be nonexistent and will probably get you fired. Overall the apartments are old and come with many problems, for example; my bathtub drain never works, there are no screens on my windows and most of them don't even open, my heat went out and no one seems to care, there are stray cats everywhere and multiply every week, and lastly there are ALWAYS people outside just walking in the middle of the street. When you're driving, they have the nerve to look at you like you're the person in the wrong. Everything here is just very grungy and although the prices seem cheap at first, it's not worth the headache. The lady at the leasing office, Julia, seems to be the most caring there but even she can't help with my problems mostly because I can't ever get ahold of anyone at the leasing office. You have to physically walk in there to talk to anyone and even that comes with some attitudes and unwillingness from most of the other ladies. To sum it up, I will be moving when my lease is up, if I can make it that long. To paint the best possible picture, I had to use a fake name to write this review because I am worried about the internet company retaliating and screwing with my internet even more. Lastly, I reported a possible gas leak in my apartment and I was told I would have to wait 2 days to have someone come check it out. Ultimately it is up to you if you want to move in but you can't say you weren't warned.

I've been living here for about 6 months. My roof leaked for my first 3 months there. My dishwasher has been leaking since I've been there. And there are roaches. No matter how much I clean or spray, they're there. The neighborhood is pretty quiet on the side I live on. You can rarely get someone one the phone, but when you do they're friendly. The water bill isn't sky high, but I feel like it's too much. My "rent" is $728, but I pay close to $800 a month. I won't be renewing my lease here. I feel like the quality isn't worth the price. I'm just going to get a house next year. Either that or another apartment complex because this one... I just can't do for more than a year. It's not hell, but for what I'm paying, I think my needs could be tended to more quickly and my concerns could definitely be respected more.
