I have been here about 4 months and I am wishing my lease was much shorter than a year. Putting aside some of the apartment issues, the internet company alone is enough to make me want to break my lease. It is some company that seems to be run by 3 or 4 people who are all so very unprofessional and do not care about anything but taking your money. Do not live here if you work from home!! Your internet will be nonexistent and will probably get you fired. Overall the apartments are old and come with many problems, for example; my bathtub drain never works, there are no screens on my windows and most of them don't even open, my heat went out and no one seems to care, there are stray cats everywhere and multiply every week, and lastly there are ALWAYS people outside just walking in the middle of the street. When you're driving, they have the nerve to look at you like you're the person in the wrong. Everything here is just very grungy and although the prices seem cheap at first, it's not worth the headache. The lady at the leasing office, Julia, seems to be the most caring there but even she can't help with my problems mostly because I can't ever get ahold of anyone at the leasing office. You have to physically walk in there to talk to anyone and even that comes with some attitudes and unwillingness from most of the other ladies. To sum it up, I will be moving when my lease is up, if I can make it that long. To paint the best possible picture, I had to use a fake name to write this review because I am worried about the internet company retaliating and screwing with my internet even more. Lastly, I reported a possible gas leak in my apartment and I was told I would have to wait 2 days to have someone come check it out. Ultimately it is up to you if you want to move in but you can't say you weren't warned.
I've been living here for about 6 months. My roof leaked for my first 3 months there. My dishwasher has been leaking since I've been there. And there are roaches. No matter how much I clean or spray, they're there. The neighborhood is pretty quiet on the side I live on. You can rarely get someone one the phone, but when you do they're friendly. The water bill isn't sky high, but I feel like it's too much. My "rent" is $728, but I pay close to $800 a month. I won't be renewing my lease here. I feel like the quality isn't worth the price. I'm just going to get a house next year. Either that or another apartment complex because this one... I just can't do for more than a year. It's not hell, but for what I'm paying, I think my needs could be tended to more quickly and my concerns could definitely be respected more.
I have lived here one year and am currently in the process of moving. I have endure a lot with living for the price. My first incident with place start with a leak in the roof I reported it three times took the 39 days to respond to my complaint by that time my apartment had black mold growing In the roof. They cleaned the roof and replace the dry wall but didn't fix the leak I email the corporate office and a rep came out to look at the situation. Long story short he made a lot of offers to keep me happy which I accepted. Now its 10/14/2014 and they are telling me that I owe them 1015.56 granted I was told not to pay rent by corporate until the roof was fixed. I called the co reps cell phone once he answered the phone and once I told him my name he hung up and is yet to call back, This place is by far the worst I have ever stayed in they are now currently building to make the place look great but please don't be fooled cause once you sign you become another number. Just a friendly review o by the way my motorcycle was stolen out here a couple of weeks ago. God Bless and Good luck apartment hunting.
Every one that posted is totally true. When the pool is open there is a million people there that don't even live here.... because? the gates are broken and open. people leave the grills dirty, walk their dogs on the tennis courts and there's kids randomly walking through without supervision, there is stray animals everywhere. The office sucks, they never answer the phones and when you keep calling they finally* answer and are rude.... there is always rap music blasting coming from the gym... the maintenance sucks. They came and did nothing.... they told me they would be back tomorrow to fix my problem... three days later of calling still NOTHING. I keep calling and they just say oh I will call the supervisor but nothing..... The people upstairs walk so heavily or the floors are just paper thin.... And to respond to the person saying you probably don't pay your bills.... I PAY MY BILLS AND RENT EVERY MONTH ON TIME!!!!! it's so shitty how they will post we are concerned blah blah blah but the one person that didn't post something bad they are all thank you. this is the worst apartment! especially for family's and children.... I would be scared to live here with them.... you can't go outside without seeing huge dogs and hearing people walk by talking about killing someone. also.... the only internet option I pay out the ass for every month SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! worst internet ever!!!!!! always resets and loses connection. Nothing good here.... AT ALL.... So if you're thinking of moving here. DON'T! You will pay high rent and internet for suck service on both ends.... and wesley trevento commentary DO NOT comment on here saying I'm sorry for your concerns and inconveinence I do not want to hear it. You should hire people who care and fix all these problems.... not wait till they want to move out.... This is my opinion of this place.... If I could give 0 stars I would... Sorry for the spelling and gramatical errors... I am beyond angry and what's the word? DISGUSTED.
Great place! But TERRIBLE process and customer service. It is beyond hard to ever get in touch with anyone. Then when you do, they literally are no help. Not even the managers. The only person that actually helped me out was Jennifer and she wasn't even my leasing agent. Hopefully I won't have any problems so I won't have to go through the office.
