I moved in a couple of months ago and the staff has been great to me. They have been patience and very efficient anytime I had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance crew is great. They are respective and are always happy to help when I needed something. I have not leaved in an apartment in about 18 years, so it has been an adjustment for me. The only downside I see to being in any apartment is having to use the Cable and Internet providers that are contracted with the apartments no competition so you have to take the prices they offer. Thank you Ashley and Cathy for making this transition easier for me.
This office staff is a joke. We have had an ongoing issue since we moved in and our problem or solution keeps getting pushed off. Called the corporate office and still nothing, but extra fines each month for things that we have not done. No one is responding or contacting us back and every time we go to the office the manager is conveniently not in the office or "busy."
**********WARNING********* Wesley Trevento Apartments are absolutely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. WE HAVE LIVED IN THESE APARTMENTS FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS AND EVERY YEAR IT GETS WORST. WE PAY A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF RENT FOR THESE APARTMENTS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR LIVING. The MANAGER ASHLEY RHILEY AND ASSISTANT MANAGER CATHY STRICKLING ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL , THEIR ATTITUDES SUCK, AND PREJUDICE ARE ... AND UNTIL THEY REALIZE THAT WHEN WE AS RESIDENTS PAY OUR RENT EVERY MONTH I DON'T CARE IF IT’S LATE OR NOT THAT’S WHAT IS KEEPING YOU A JOB AND THEY BOTH BETTER KNOW THAT. I AM SO TIRED OF HAVING TO CALL THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. IF YOUR ATTITUDE IS NOT FIT FOR THE POSITION YOU HAVE THEN MAYBE YOU NEED TO STEP DOWN. I HAVE BEEN HARASSED AND ACCUSED OF HAVING A DOG AFTER A CONVERSATION I HAD WITH ASHELY STATING SHE WENT TO ANOTHER RESIDENTS HOME AND HEARD NOISE OF AN DOG AND DECIDES SHES WANTS TO CHARGE ME A 200.00 PET FEE AND THAT SHES BRINGING ANIMAL CONTROL IN TO INSPECT MY HOME.. WELL HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE, HOW CAN YOU DETERMINE NOISE CAME FROM MY APARTMENT ESPECIALLY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME? FIRST OF ALL MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT SOMETHING BEFORE SENDING ME AN HARASSING EMAIL ABOUT HAVING AN ANIMAL I DO NOT HAVE, SECOND IF YOU DID NOT LOSE THE KEY TO MY APARTMENT WHICH BY THE WAY SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IN AN PROFESSIONAL APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH PROFESSIONAL APARTMENT MANAGERS THAT'S NOT LEAVING ME FEELING UNSECURED, YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PROPERLY INSPECT THE APARTMENT FOR A DOG. 3RD IF YOU WOULD WORRY ABOUT THE THINGS YOU NEED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT YOU WOULD BE ALRIGHT. WHY DO I HAVE TO CONTINUOUSLY CONTACT YOU ABOUT FIXING A CEILING LEAK IN MY SECOND BATHROOM AND BEDROOM WHICH STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AND FINALLY AFTER 6 MONTHS FIXING THE CEILING IN MY BEDROOM, WHICH BY THE WAY IS MOLDING AND IS HAZARDOUS TO MY DAUGHTERS LIVING SINCE SHE HAS CHRONIC ASTHMA. I WILL GET A LAWYER FOR THIS IN WHICH WE HAVE LETTERS, PICTURES, AND CALLS TO PROVIDE FOR PROOF. 4TH THERE IS A TRASH PROBLEM, YOU DO NOT UP KEEP WITH THE PROPERTY(HALLWAYS ARE FILTHY, TRASH IS EVERYWHERE, CANNOT ACCESS THE GYM THAT I AM PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH, AND MOST SUMMERS THE POOL IS TAKING AWAY FROM US BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR SECURITY ONSITE WHEN THEY HAVE REMOVED SECURED GATE ACCESS FROM THE APARTMENTS. 5TH THERE IS A SEWER AND WATER PIPE BUST IN THE APARTMENTS AND BEHIND MY APARTMENT BUILDING WHICH STINKS BADLY AND IS VERY DISGUSTING WHICH IS CAUSING RESIDENTS TO HAVE ENORMOUS WATER BILLS THAT ARE OVER 100.00 A MONTH. I AM CALLING THE CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF DOUGLASVILLE WATER SHED. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR 2 PEOPLE THAT ARE HARDLY HOME DURING THE DAY. I WILL REPORT MY HARASSING EMAIL RECEIVED FROM ASHELY RHILEY TO CORPORATE, WRITE A LETTER AND WAIT ON A CALL BACK FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER.
This apt is a joke. There are rats big as cats due to a prolonged tradh compactor problem. the office is more concerned in signing you up for another year than addressing your issues. Definitely not coming back.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ***WARNING*** These are quite possibly one of the WORST apartment homes to live in GA. The leasing office staff has absolutely no idea what customer service is and that includes the leasing manager. They tried to charge me $800 for a water bill one month!!! That is totally ridiculous!! I called corporate offices and they didn't immediately respond. I was told that I would have to wait 24-48 hours. I then went to the leasing office and the manager was able to be sent right through with no wait (go figure). The corporate rep basically said that they stood by the meter reading and refused to budge on the $800 bill. He even said "I don't care if the resident agrees with it or not". I contacted my lawyer and had a letter of dispute written, which resulted in them dropping the charge, clearing my account and installing a new meter. It is sad that you have to get lawyers in order for these people to respond with any level of professionalism. Maintenance requests are not responsive either. At least not to the best standard. We have had issues with the A/C in June and issues with the heat a month or so ago. We were burning up for days and then freezing when it got cold. They eventually fixed them, but the issues are too frequent and take to long to respond. The neighborhood is not the best. People smoke weed, black & mild, etc... outside of their apartments. People run up and down the steps during the night making noise, etc... There is no real sense of security. Children run around unattended during the summer. They have some programs for kids, but I am not certain of the quality. The trash compactor is often broken and trash piles up. There was trash piled up in the street once. If i can upload a photo of it, I will. Back to the office staff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No sense of customer service at all. They are out to get every dime they can. I even went to the office one day and the guy at the desk had his phone ringer turned OFF. No wonder they can't answer calls. One of the other staff members walked over to him and asked him to turn it on. I brought this up to the manager and she had no problem with this type of behavior. TERRIBLE COMPANY. They do not answer phone calls in a consistent manner. They rarely return voice messages. I left a voice mail recently about a bill dispute and the manager said that she couldn't find it. Which I refuse to believe. Overall, this was a terrible experience for me. Save your time and your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! All of these bad reviews can't be lying.
