DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ***WARNING*** These are quite possibly one of the WORST apartment homes to live in GA. The leasing office staff has absolutely no idea what customer service is and that includes the leasing manager. They tried to charge me $800 for a water bill one month!!! That is totally ridiculous!! I called corporate offices and they didn't immediately respond. I was told that I would have to wait 24-48 hours. I then went to the leasing office and the manager was able to be sent right through with no wait (go figure). The corporate rep basically said that they stood by the meter reading and refused to budge on the $800 bill. He even said "I don't care if the resident agrees with it or not". I contacted my lawyer and had a letter of dispute written, which resulted in them dropping the charge, clearing my account and installing a new meter. It is sad that you have to get lawyers in order for these people to respond with any level of professionalism. Maintenance requests are not responsive either. At least not to the best standard. We have had issues with the A/C in June and issues with the heat a month or so ago. We were burning up for days and then freezing when it got cold. They eventually fixed them, but the issues are too frequent and take to long to respond. The neighborhood is not the best. People smoke weed, black & mild, etc... outside of their apartments. People run up and down the steps during the night making noise, etc... There is no real sense of security. Children run around unattended during the summer. They have some programs for kids, but I am not certain of the quality. The trash compactor is often broken and trash piles up. There was trash piled up in the street once. If i can upload a photo of it, I will. Back to the office staff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No sense of customer service at all. They are out to get every dime they can. I even went to the office one day and the guy at the desk had his phone ringer turned OFF. No wonder they can't answer calls. One of the other staff members walked over to him and asked him to turn it on. I brought this up to the manager and she had no problem with this type of behavior. TERRIBLE COMPANY. They do not answer phone calls in a consistent manner. They rarely return voice messages. I left a voice mail recently about a bill dispute and the manager said that she couldn't find it. Which I refuse to believe. Overall, this was a terrible experience for me. Save your time and your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! All of these bad reviews can't be lying.
Well i moved in here in October and the apartment has had many issues. It is very difficult getting in contact with the staff. They never answer the phone. I go into the office to talk to them now and i notice they are more concerned with chatting with each other about random things than working. So i reported multiple problems i noticed with the apartment to them. The tub was cracked. The dishwasher is pratically falling out of the wall. The garbage disposal doesnt work. The ice maker in the freezer doesnt work. Two of the eyes on the gas stove arent working. None of the fans work in the apartment. The one in the fireplace is especially troublesome considering it could be a fire hazard. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and I had to fix it myself. It is now december and i have reported these issies multiple times but each time i am given the runaround. Its like they dont care that their residents are suffering. Im moving out as soon as possible because this is ridiculous. My neighbors are very nice but the staff and maintenance team are awful and i am either going to sue or get the health inspector involved. I would not recommend anyone living here and I would suggest you spread the word about this place to prevent other people from having the same experience as I am.
A one time resident, I thought of coming back, seeing how nice they looked on the outside. Good thing I am reading these reviews. I lived at Creekside and then Hampstead. Management sucked then too! I hoped they were different now, considering it has been ten years since. As current residents, we were expected to pay another deposit if we wanted to switch apartments. As a resident, I referred a friend, however never received my referral fee. Then, management started posting the names, apartment numbers and amounts owed, by residents who were late on their rents ON ALL OF THE BUILDINGS for everyone to see; imagine the violation of privacy and safety of their residents! These problems I am reading are of great concern, and seem to go back years. This VP needs to fire management instead of apologizing for their behavior. Ghetto people do not read, let alone reviews, that might explain why the place is crawling with them, educated people however do. The presence of cats is due to the presence of rats, which are feeding on the garbage. I definitely will not coming back now! Thank you, past and current residents
Terrible experience I regret every day that i renewed my lease with this property. I been living in Westley Creekside now Westley Travento for 3 years now. The maintenance team is is the absolute worst when it comes to doing maintenance in a timely matter. I feel like all they care about is that I pay my rent on time and thats it no compassion or concerns for their residents. There was a time when i was without ac for an entire week and three days, causing me to have to go to the office multiple times before they sent someone. Then my refrigerator was out for an entire week before they finally sent someone to fix it after days of bringing it to their attention, losing 100's of. dollar's of food and not having a fridge to keep my 4 month sons bottles refrigerated. I have a problem now I have a newborn and the air conditioner went out and the maintenance officer said they will not come out because its not an emergency that its 80 degrees in my apartment with a newborn. Last time I checked Having a newborn In an apartments thats 80 degrees is an emergency, thats why i say there is no compassion because there is no care for my family's well being which im all about. As long as i pay my rent on time they can care less about they well being of my family. I can not see myself backing or even want to be in a residence where the residents who renew their lease and who pay their rent every month management want take care of. Will most definitely will not renew my least here once my time is up, three years of my hard earned money down the drain.
I MOVED HERE NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO AND STAFF DOES NOT TO GIVE DAMN ABOUT ANYTHING (ACCEPT ONE STAFF MEMBER SHE WAS MY LEASING AGENT) THE PROPERTY IS POORLY KEPT TRASH EVERY WHERE ON THE PROPERTY BREEZEWAY IN THE BUILDINGS ARE DISGUSTING...I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I MOVED HERE AFTER MY 11 MONTH LEASE IS UP I AM SO GONE!!! THE"NEWLY" RENOVATED APARTMENT I'M IN WAS POORLY DONE YOU CAN SEE THAT WHOMEVER DID THE RENOVATIONS DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE FINISH LOOK
