My wife and I applied for an apt in June 2015. We paid our app fees. I put on the app that I had a non-violent felony conviction from 35 years ago under the GA. First Offenders Act. I had been told that something that old would not affect my app. (Actually I was told that by their sister property next door) They told me that it would be no problem next door also. They did a Credit check and I believe our score was close to 800. The agent told us everything was good and if I wanted to pay $75 it would hold the apt. We did....a money order! That was Saturday. On Monday I got an email stating to call them in the office. I did. The gentleman told me I was denied because of the conviction. OK....so they hadn't told me the truth...but ok! He said I could come by within 72 hrs and pick up my deposit. My wife did so. She was told the mgr. was not in and they would mail it. 1 week went by ....I called...they said it would be 1-2 weeks. That went by...I called again....the lady said she would look into it with corp and get right back to me.....that was 3 weeks ago....no call...no check! So 1 1/2 months no money back! It is God's money...we are retired pastor/missionaries! I do forgive them for telling untruths....but I would love to get my money. I even told them to get it sent to their office and we would pick it up.....No they said. You make up your own mind....Do you want to rent from people that aren't truthful? William Fox

Excuse the format of my review but ive been through so much with these people i dont know where to start.. This was my first Apartment alone and all i wanted was a safe comfortable place for me and my two year old daughter Let me start off with the good -affordable other than that this place is a sack of garbage -if you have kids RUNNN AWAY they will either get sick from mold exposure or start skipping school and robbing houses with the other kids. -Water and Trash will range from 70-90 depending on how many people live in the building (not unit, building)..The only good part about there high turnover rate... During my ten months there ive had 10-12 new families come and go. -Turn over rate is just as high for their employees 5-6 new people in my time there -Oh but that high trash bill doesn't mean a thing the trash will over flow for weeks.. so bad you don't want to bring company or you go around through the back entrance -Bug and roaches are a MAJOR problem inside and outside of the units.. -The apartment was FLOODED twice in the last 7 years Youtube:Douglasville Flood Wesley creekside -When a apartment changes their name tells you ALOT about there rep. they were formerly Wesley Creekside. -may 14' moved in to moldy unit -got the run around for 2months one minute they were denying the mold next minute they were testing -Sent them a certified letter and suddenly im contacted by J***n H*****ss(Vice president) (end of july) to remedy the situation offer to find me a new unit but they all had mold -got broken into and so did nine others that week -emergency maintenance is a joke. found that out night of burglary - Lived in that unit for two weeks unsecured (beginning of sept.) -finally decided to meet me half way with a 3br 2 bath that you claim market value was $1000 but gave me a "DEAL" for 800. - on friday Aug 29.th I get an email from A****y(Manager) advising that I needed to make a decision by 8/31 -J***a gives me keys and I didn't sign 2 pages of lease that didn't agree with what we talked about ( lease terms) -stayed in hotel for days again i was rushed utilities wasn't in my name yet -9/4 I receive a voice mail stating that you will change the locks because my lease is not complete. -failing to realize you rushed me into a lease and afidavit during your off days and things needed clarification.. -AFFIDAVIT was for Mold so i wont Come back and sue (i showed supporting documents as well as childs ongoing respiratory infection) -I finally sign new lease -hvac issues persisted from sept- Jan (A/C and Heat) Along side with other maintenance issues this unit to had MOLD they just did a better job at hiding it -Dec-Jan freeze warnings were coming down maintenance had came out 5-7 times for heat in last 4 months.. for that reason I explained to A****y R****y I wanted to be released from my lease immediately I was denied -Moved at the end of the lease, left the place in a better condition then when i signed lease but they kept deposit still As another reviewer stated these people just dont have and compassion specifically J***n H*****ss and A****y R****y.. i spoke with my attorney he said we have an great case. we are going after anything ive ever paid to them. because he said i was living in uninhabitable conditions and they failed to uphold their end of the lease i keep records of everything.. KEEP YOUR RECORDS, better yet DONT MOVE HERE...

I have lived at Wesley Creekside/Trevento for over two years now. I love my apartment it was recently remodeled and its beautiful. The office staff is great and friendly. The maintenance staff is amazing i had a busted pipe in the middle of the night and they were there with in 20 mins. I would recommend this communty

AWESOME PLACE** I have lived at Wesley Trevento for 7 months and have not had any issues- this is by far the best apartments I have ever lived in, Maintenance takes care of my workorders, anytime I have ever had an issue or concern with my neighbors it's always handled by the property manager (Ashley) quickly. The only thing I would say is that it's difficult to sometimes reach someone in the office, but when I asked about this the property manager provided me her email so that I could contact her directly if I was unable to get in touch with someone at the office. Great Place to live!!

I was looking into these apartments (move in date 08/31) and even scheduled a time to come in. However, after reading these reviews I an very scared to even consider these. Especially being a single petite woman. Thank you past and present reviews and good luck!
