Do not sign a lease with them. This place will screw you in rent, the parking is horrific, and dog crap is everywhere. If you do rent through them, do not expect to see your security deposit back, and because of the clause "You should meet with our representative for a move-out inspection. Our representative has no authority to bind or limit us regarding deductions for repairs, damages, or charges." you can end up paying whatever they want for what is legally defined as "Normal wear and tear." In addition, the office staff is under-qualified for their position, they don't understand their lease agreements and they don't understand the laws in regards to rental properties (such as Idaho code 6-321, Security Deposits). When you plan on moving out, hire a lawyer.
The only thing good thing about this apartment is the fact that it will make you appreciate living somewhere else even more. The management is terrible (even though they have changed it out) and have terrible issues. I have since moved out but my wife & I hated it and couldn’t wait to move somewhere else. When we first moved in the apartment was dirty, and had stains in places; in fact we complained and instead of cleaning it them-self they gave us cleaning supplies and told us to bring it back when we were done. The maintenance department and maintenance guys are nice and prompt with work orders but I cannot express how bad management is. It was pathetic and down right scary they could be and we were customers that always paid on time and never had any issues. Management Lacked organization, they messed up our accounting once and when something changed in my contract once they handed it to me and out the door I realized they handed me someone elses contract and changed theirs … with all their personal information on it. The place is also filled with trash and dog poop. We had a dog but felt like the only ones to clean up so we ended up taking them to the park across the street because it felt like each time I took them out it was gross and I stepped in some other dogs crap. If you pay for a place that is supposed to be nice and clean then don’t live there please… I like a clean apartment and this place just has awful management, trash, poop, & cigarette butts everywhere. Also, the environment isn’t the best either. Not to be rude but the people are always trashy, & have a lot of problems. I always had the police come by looking for neighbors or residents; and my wife never felt safe going out at night (she always got stopped or hollered at). If you have kids, family or want a clean, safe, place don’t live here please. Let the management and people there wallow in their filth. This is coming from someone who always paid their bill, was clean, and quite… We had no reason to be treated by management or the people like that but constantly were. Teton apartments is the butthole of apartments and should not be listed in the upper-nice apartment category. Oh and the killer... having left the place (MUCH) cleaner than when it was when we came in we didn't even get our deposit back... In the end that place was so bad I didn't even want to contact them to argue because speaking with them again wasn't even worth my time..... Sincerely.

Lived there bout 9 months in 2011
I got caught up in the "sale" cost of my 2 bedroom apartment and the 24 hour gym. DON'T let this fool you. They WILL raise the rent, if it's not already outrageous! The gym is nice, but the machines don't all work or are not well maintained. Sounded great and was alright for a while. Then, the apartments got bought out and have new management. The new staff is rude. The spaces are small. Don't let the pix fool you (they make it look awesome, but the walls are thin and the appliances are crappy. There is no storage space - no cupboard space and once your furniture is in there - no walking space). Outlets are in weird places, cable hook up is ridiculous! There are exposed wires outside. Dogs crap in the grass behind and in front of your apartment (oh and you will step in it or your kids will play in it). The parking sucks ($200 if you get towed). A lot of the families living there are low income and are on Idaho housing. Bless their hearts - but the kids don't have much clothing on, like to get in the garbage, knock on stranger's doors, play in the street, and try to break the gas-fixtures outside the apartments -- it's an explosion waiting to happen. Oh, and if anything goes wrong with your smoke detectors - hope that they don't argue with you and then call the cops when you try to convince them that they need to maintenance them. Don't expect to get your deposit back - in fact - you might as well just give them an extra $1000 or more before you move in.
