One furnished bedroom for rent available as of July 1st in a modern 2 Bedroom + 2 Bath Condo at the James Cooper Mansion Tridel Condos at Bloor & Sherbourne. This is a shared accommodation, as I reside in the master bedroom. $1250 Rent will include a Fully Furnished Bedroom + Cable/Internet/Hydro/Wash/Dryer. Ideally, I am looking for a roommate to rent on a short term lease (1-3 months), however I’m open to a longer lease if it's a good fit.

Your Room:
Your bedroom will be fully furnished. My current roommate will move out on June 30th, and the room will be furnished with the below list. If you choose to bring your own furniture, we can discuss.

- Computer Desk
- TV with 50 channels
- Closet with decent space

Looking for a respectful and responsible roommate who is on time with rent and bills. Perfect for a young professional or grad student who is not into loud parties and leads a 9-5 lifestyle. For short term renters, this place is ideal as you will not need to bring anything except your clothes and some personal belongings ie towels, blankets. No drug users.
