The deck has a stylish lounger as well as a bistro set that can be used year-round due to the sheltered nature of the deck. The interior of the suite and the deck are strictly nonsmoking.
The minimum rental is for 1 month. Rental for less than 4 months will be at a rate to be negotiated. Otherwise, the rental rate of $2950 is for a minimum of 4 months and is all-inclusive of all utilities, move-in fees, and form fees. Rent is payable on the first day monthly and 1 month deposit is due upon booking.
