When we first moved in things were ok the management was great but the they switch management and we had some idiot name Adrienne and she was the worst nothing got done we had a infestation of Wolf spiders and flying ants they acted like it was our problem. There were gaps under the door and they never fixed it the paint on our door was coming off and they did a poor ass job repainting the door.They removed our doors so that the washer and dryer would fit and left the doors in our place where we and up having to place under our bed so that our special needs child would not be injury by them. The only good thing was the location. I will never recommend Covey Run to any worse place I have ever lived.By the way don't bother calling the company over it they don't return calls. Should have kept the original management.

I have lived here for 2 years. I loved staying here for the 1st year and the staff and maintenance were amazing. Nicole and Paula were absolutely amazing and were very understanding. Not once did I have a complaint against them or any other staff. They should have never gotten rid of the previous managers and or I wish the previous management hadn't quit because they were awesome, understanding, and lenient. I will be contacting an attorney to see what the laws are and how I can deal with these so called people because I will not continue to stay somewhere with such bad management skills and mindset. The ignorance is strong and will NOT be tolerated. These new nasty people are rude, disgusting, and very indignant. I COLD HARDHEARTEDLY REFUSE TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY ARE LUCKY WE ARE FINISHING OUT OUR LEASE and the only reason is because of the school year. If I have anymore problems out of them I will be contacting an attorney because they aren't even holding their end of the lease. Several units in the neighborhood have been complaining about people that don't live here and have no stickers parking here for the last few months. Guess what we were told... Email us and we'll see... Yeah that's not how your job works. Either do your job or I'm quite sure after numerous complaints Showe Managgement will find someone who can. DO NOT LIVE HERE... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE.

I lived at Covey Run for the year of 2013. The staff were always extremely helpful and professional from the time I moved in to the time I moved out. Whenever I had a problem at the apartment a simple work order would get maintenance out right away to fix it. The Austin Landing conveniences across the street were a major plus! Although a pool on the property would've been nice, overall I enjoyed my stay at Covey Run.

I have lived here for many years. I have awesome neighbors and have never had any problems. I love the location and all the new shopping conveniences across the street at Austin Landing.I have found its nice living in a smaller Community. I love the new bike trail!

My fiance and I have lived here for a little over 6 months now and absolutely love it! Wonderful Landlord and very nice and caring team. Anytime there's a maintenance issue they are out here right away and get the problem solved quickly. Great little community! Everyone's really friendly. Feels more like a home then an apartment!
