I've enjoyed living here thus far. The community is quiet, and respectful. The biggest selling point for me though is that it is dog friendly, and the mini-dog park on the roof is great. Not just for ease of your dog, but because it's a great place to hang out with other people from the building. Staff on site has always been friendly and helpful. Sure, mistakes can be made, but I think where a company gets to shine is how they rectify those mistakes and I've had no problems thus far with management not taking care of what needs to get done. The area, and community Belltown, are just wonderful and I really enjoy being just far enough north that it's quiet, but 5 minutes south and suddenly it's a bustling neighborhood. Also, being so close to the bay isn't shabby either. All in all, things are pretty good here right now.
I have enjoyed living in the building. With the latest amenities available to residents (small gym, on premise off leash dog area, community social area with grills) the building went from good to great. There is plenty of enclosed parking, neighbors are friendly, and the building is in a great spot in the city. Rooms are a bit more expensive and the parking elevator is small (moving is then a bit more difficult as is bringing in large furniture), but otherwise I've been very happy with my experience in 2900!
2900 on First has definitely been my best living experience in Seattle to date. The parking for the garage is the best price I had found and compared to the other buildings I've lived in, the staff are absolutely fantastic.
Average apartment and good amenities (pool is nice), but there have been some break-ins inside the "secure" parking garage over the past several months. Not just one or two isolated incidents. I wish I did not have to worry about my car every night, but I do. I will be moving out of 2900 shortly.
Awesome location, great people, nice big apartment. What else do you need?
