The train does not shake my apartment. The staff is friendly (or at least whoever I've had to deal with) It's pretty quiet on this side of town but there are a bunch of great places very close. The rent is high and the visitor parking is kind of rough but that is all of LoDo Denver these days. I haven't found a reason to complain yet but will keep you posted if I do.
Don't live here..... one of the worst places I have lived. It's a bunch of drunk college kids who have no respect for the other tenants. Management says they have quiet hours, but do not enforce the rules. I am constantly being kept up until 1 or 2am by loud music. I have lived here for four months and will not renew my lease..... if I could move out early, I would. Don't live here.
The apartment itself was nice. BUT the fire alarms go off consistently several times a month- in the middle of the night. It is ridiculous. No parking for guests. Overpriced (rent was raised $200 a year and they decided to make parking $50 a month after it was originally free). Female front desk staff are rude. Extremely loud on the weekends. When I would have maintenance done, the staff would pee in my toilet and leave the seat up-gross. Did I mention the fire alarms are constantly going off???
I agree that the price is a little out there for these places, but if you look at every other place in the surrounding area it is actually very affordable. I have lived here for for close to a year and a half and other than fire alarms going off(which is not their fault at all) and the garage doors breaking due to people living there hitting them and updating security systems. this place is awesome. I don't agree with the parking increase in price but hey its supply and demand. cant blame them. I have dealt with the staff on numerous occasions and they have been nothing but professional and very kind to me
DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is by far the most overpriced apartment complex in Denver for what you get: 1) Loud, Messy tenants (mainly drunk college students) 2) Horrible front desk service. The ladies that sit behind the front desk are usually either not there or not paying attention to anyone else but each other. 3) THE TRAIN. Oh my god, the train. Seriously if you like living in a place constantly bombarded by the sound if screeching metal, go right ahead. 4) Waste management. For some reason, the trash chutes are almost always never clear of debris, which consequently makes the surrounding hallways smell of old garbage. 5) Maintenance. It seems that every time something is broken, it takes weeks to replace. For example, key readers, garage doors, elevator buttons, pool, (My AC was out for 3 days before they got someone to come out and fix it during the middle of the summer), .etc. 6) Pool. It's like a frat party every weekend in the summer. People drinking and smoking all over the place like a bunch of high schoolers. 7) Parking. If you have a roommate, extra $125 a month for another parking spot. No roommate? Good luck trying to get friends to come visit you when you know they won't be able to park on the street haha. 8) Management in general screws you. Believe me, they will try to squeeze every last penny out of you when you terminate your lease. Anywhere from obscure cleaning fees to carpet removal costing you well over your deposit amount. The assistant manager, Caswyn Stiles, is probably the most unreasonable person on the face of this earth when it comes to moving out fees. I would give this a 0 if I could, but sadly Yelp doesn't allow such anarchy. Please take my advice and don't end up in the same extremely unhappy living situation that I did.
