Dirty, poorly constructed and rodent Infested apartments. Oh the management is horrible as well. Lived here for 11 months while we looked for a house. During that period I've had a number of issues with dead rodents (5 in a 4 months period) in unit 1223; dirt everywhere; poorly constructed windows; and with the management company asking numerous times for access to the unit to "correct" the poor construction. Each time we had an issue, the management team never failed to surprise me with their ineptitude. They are individually nice people, but collectively they have no power to correct any problem that you will have.
Lived here for 14 months. Boy oh boy! The old management had some issues... but the incoming management is the WORST!!!! Horrible customer service! Horrible people skills! They have no idea what the last management team already had in place, thus making it a NIGHTMARE to move out, without losing my shirt! I moved here from California, appreciating the pool and the "luxury style living" - from personal experience I can see that, after living here a year, their main customer must be people from out of state, because you can get SOOOO MUUCH more, for an incredibly lower rate per month!!! I'm now in a THREE bedroom house with a yard for my dog, in an incredible neighborhood, with all updated appliances, etc. for LESS THAN my one bedroom at the Londonbury. I don't know who hired Steven, in that office, but I have spoken to several residents there, and every single person I've spoken to, has had a HUGE problem with his condescending rude attitude. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, look elsewhere for a rental! Save yourself the headache and hassle!
Since the building was sold, this place has a terrible management company and maintenance team. It's truly awful. It's been 2 full days since I had hot water after numerous complaints. Prior management company had this issue fixed in 3 hours for the entire complex. 2 FULL DAYS - No communication from anyone. Communication was terrible during the floods, commented on by other reviews. Other issues: - Gym had no A/C for 3 weeks during 95 degree heat - No more lunch on weekends after advertising this - 1 person in the Office with reduced hours; all they care about is leasing/marketing the apartments - No management team anymore. - Numerous internet outages in the clubhouse - No communication from the office about the building issues. - The office phone no longer works (its on the website) - disconnected. - Any serious rainstorm, and the hallways are very wet. Basically, the previous owner had amazing service, advertising luxury living, got all the apartments leased at a high lease rate, then sold it to an owner who wants to run it as cheaply as possible. DO NOT RENT HERE, unless you want to deal with no management company, and pay expensive rent.
Bike was stolen last week due to lack of security, apartments are way too expensive for the amount of space. Most have barely any closet space. Train blasts in your window if you have an apartment on the septa side. Hopefully the new mgmt company will turn it around.
