This place is god awful. We have only been here 2 months and we were ready to leave after 2 weeks. We put in a request for things to be fixed the day we moved in 2 months later they finally came to fix it. Management never does what they say they make you feel like everything is your fault and if you do have an actual complaint they have a bucket full of excuses. And if you ever have work done in your house you better make sure its spot less or else you could possibly be evicted because you are breaking the terms of the lease, and if you don't get a copy of your lease that day then you are screwed cause even though we have asked for a copy 4 times we still don't have one.
Well not the most awful place Ive lived ... the only problem I see is they need to fix or hiring some new of the fixer upper guys . They are in dieing need of attitude ajustements.
this place looks nice when you view the apartments, but after living here a week, my car got keyed, a fight happened right outside my house, and a little girl threw rocks at my friends car. Management did nothing about it. There is no servalience other than the police at the end of the road EVERY night. They dont do much either. this place is a joke. 650 a month. go somewhere else please. for your own good.
When we first moved in, the bathub, in the hallway bathroom, leaked into the living room when we attempted to clean it. Unfortunately we were using bleach and it stained the carpet in the livingroom. The staff is horrible. We have called many times over four months to get repairs on our bathrooms and never have they been fixed. The masterbath shower leaks into the kitchen and the hallway bathroom's toilet constantly overflows and leaks into the livingroom. The toilet in the halfbath downstairs never stops running. My brother is the lease holder. My brother is moving out and I asked the managment if I could stay in the unit. The managment told me that if I wanted to stay I would have to move out, fill out the application, and then move back in. Move out to where, the front lawn? Completely idiotic. But, if I wanted to move into a new unit I could fill out the application and move back into a new unit. I figure if I'm moving my stuff, its not going to be back in one of these crappy units. Furthermore, the windows are really cheap. During the winter months it gets really drafty. We had to put plastic over the windows, but it was of little help since the doors leading outside have no weatherstripping and you can see the outside, or inside light, shining all the way around it. As others have commented, there are many kids here and all are unsupervised. As I left for work a few weeks ago, I came across a two year old boy wandering around the parking lot with his parents no-where to be found. I had to ask a lady passing by to help find his parents. The screaming fights among tenents is almost a daily thing. Find somewhere else to live, it would be worth the extra to not deal with this place.
We were told that it was 52.00 for an application fee. Basically the management told us that our BAD credit did not matter. We were told that our deposit would be either 200.00 or 400.00! THEY LIED! They took our money and called us one hour later and told us our credit was bad! LOL REALLY?? Huh well we told them that.. The will TAKE your 52.00 and run. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.
