Maintenance only comes one day a week and is frequently unable to handle all the projects that need to be done. The maintenance guy usually gets here around 2 and leaves by 5 to catch a ferry home. Damage was done to my unit before we moved in (by painters) including paint on the carpets and a huge hole in the carpet and that still not been fixed several months later. There were screens missing from the windows when I moved in and was told they would be replaced within two weeks and I'm still waiting 4 months later. Accounts receivable is bad at record keeping and has told me several times that I owe money for things that I have proven paid with receipts; their ledgers are inconsistent with the way they itemize charges, and they do not provide "balance due" prior to the due date--the just tell you you're short after you pay. There are children crawling in and out through windows in other units and throwing trash out their windows, playing outside on warm nights and screaming until well past 11pm--sometimes until 1am. There are feral cats living under the building that pee and poop on the carpeted stairs leading to my apartment and despite sever requests to the now three managers that have been here since I moved in, the cats still have not been captured and removed. The apartment complex is not owned by the same company that manages it, and so getting service and answers often takes far too long.
I work at the Muckleshoot Casino and really like how my commute time is about 10 minutes. Very convenient especially since my work hours are always changing. Local schools and parks are also nearby. Nice apartments and community.
Great little place in Auburn that has huge floor plans. No washer and dryer in the unit, but there are plenty of machines available in the laundry room. I think the large floor plans are awesome....plenty of room if you have large furniture!
