I lived at Pebble Point with my wife for about 19 months. For me the experience was fantastic. This is a cheaper, budget apartment that allows pets, whit may deter some people, but honestly there is nowhere else I would have rather lived during my time in Indianapolis. The property is located near one of the only lakes in the city, and our room had a great view. The office and maintenance staff are both top notch. I never had a single problem dealing with the office staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and helpful when I came to them with any issues. RENTERS...follow the rules you agreed to in the lease agreement and you will be just fine. The maintenance staff is also great. There was never a service request issued that was not resolved within 24 hours (although some issues that I did not submit at being high-priority were often fixed in about 4-5 days). I am not sure of the exact pet policy concerning dogs, but my cat did really well there. If you are looking for a simple, no frills place to hang your hat for a bit (or long term) with staff who are willing to work for and with you, Pebble Point is excellent.
Very ugly and old apartment the manager should me, she was happy to lol. I kindly said no thank you and went to another place.
I will have lived at Pebble Point for one year in August. I came to Indy for law school. While I had a 20 minute commute to the downtown campus, the affordable rent made it well worth it (mine was around $500 per month for a one bedroom). The place was clean and felt fairly safe. It's off the beaten path and has plenty of nearby green space, a river, and several lakes near by which is great if you like to hike, fish, or go for leisurely walks. Jeri, the other girl in the office, and the maintenance guys all do a great job. I've really enjoyed my place this past year.
I have lived in Pebble Point for 2 years now. I really enjoy it. I love the lake, and the ducks and the geese. The pool is great in spite of some technical problems last summer. I have always gotten along fine with the office staff and have always been treated fairly. The maintenance crew has always made repairs to my apartment in a professional and timely manner. I wouldn't leave if I didn't have to due to a new job in another city. If I ever come back to Indy, I will come back to Pebble Point.
