If I could give this place zero stars I would... My mom has lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and I have never been so unhappy with management. First thing that made me completely disgusted was when they wrote out a map with "directions" to the tenants on days/times of paving of the parking lot that was so incorrect. They ended up towing 16 cars including my moms! The directions were miss leading and not valid... My mom is terminally ill with cancer and was ready to have her caregiver move her car on the given day by the time that it was needed to be moved but again the directions were invalid. They then also refuse to come out and fix her toilet that is CONSTANTLY getting clogged, stating that the issue is something she can take care of herself, hinting that she's clogging her toilet on purpose. Like seriously?! There is obviously a pluming issue here people. The toilet is constantly over flowing with simple flushes and has now damaged the tile in her unit and they are now trying to charge her $300 to fix when in reality it is there fault as she has asked numerous times to fix the pluming issue... which has never been resolved and is complete BS! I live in Seattle so sadly I can't do much but I really hope no one ever moves her or puts their loved ones in this place. My mom will thankfully be back in the Seattle area with me in early November. But not to mention all the gross people walking around all hours of the night and the constant harassment from the random people that stroll through here. They have also been charging her a fee a month for a washer and dryer... she has section 8 and that is illegal from what her case worker has told me. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Stay far away and move out ASAP if you do live here. Horrible place to live.
Not a good place to raise children. Cops and ambulances there all the time. There are a lot of shady people that live there. Lots of drugs, gangs, shootings, mentally unstable, and vandalized. They can't keep managers in the office because they are always fired/quit. They always lie and say it's better now but never is. The only good person there is the one maintenence guy that's been there forever.
Very dis-satisfied while my husband and I were tenants there. So many issues with these apartments, where do I start? My husband and I first moved into our two bedroom bottom floor apartment late February of 2012, and the very first day being in there our upstairs neighbors were being complete brats by being disrespectful and rude to us. Called me foul names due to the fact that after over a 24 hour period of waiting for her to move her car from my reserved parking spot (which she knew we were living underneath her!), I called the towing company to remove her car from my spot. After that, it was a living hell to live underneath them until they were evicted from their apartment. Management was different back when we first moved in until we finally moved out of that hell hole, but there is no difference in quality between the two. Management sucked then, and it still sucks now. Management at the time told me that our washer and dryer would be installed in our apartment two weeks after we moved into it, it wasn't until December 2012 that they FINALLY installed it, after much bitching and moaning from me and my husband to get it installed. We could not afford to get out of there after our first lease, so we resigned for a lease of a 6-month period in January 2013, hoping things would be different. Nothing changed. The office management is terrible, lazy and lack professionalism. They let us move into an apartment that needed way more repairs before they should've leased it out to anyone! I paid $125 for them to paint accent walls in the apartment and they did a terrible job painting, while also using cheap paint that could be rubbed off with water and a dishcloth. The apartment management leased apartments out to people that are not so "classy" shall I say, there were cops almost daily driving around our apartments. We had some punk break into my husband's truck twice consecutively, had our upstairs neighbors called on due to domestic violence (and some of the time we didnt even call them!!), had some criminal that was armed in an apartment in our building and the SWAT team and police forced all tenants to stay within their apartments until it was safe to go outside, and some bratty kids that broke into an apartment and stole some items hide in the bed of my husband's truck until the cops found them and dragged them out. Some other complaints I have of these apartments is that when you called the office for a work order to be done in your house, they either A. ignore your call or request or B. dont write it down for maintenance to actually come and fix the issue! Either way, I almost had to drag the head maintenance guy and his second-hand man to come to my apartment and fix the never-ending list of repairs. And recently they fucked me one last time before my husband and I finally left there; they charged us for repairs that they supposedly wrote down on their paperwork prior to us moving in during the walkthrough!! GAH!!! I literally HATE these apartments! The only good thing that came out of living there, is that it was relatively close to my husband's and mine work. Otherwise, these apartments SUCK. They need a LOT of work done, and need a responsible, professional management in their office. Heed my warning, I ignored the previous negative reviews about this prior to moving in, and I wish I hadn't. The year and a half I spent here was soooo NOT WORTH IT.
Very sad to see a nice place under poor management no compassion for outside visitor having working dogs having to pay a pet fee for that is very un ethical and the one aprt i was in on the second floor was ant infested they did nothing to help the situation, maintanance was bad also had a leaking toilet that never got fixed the gym they offer has broken equipment and overall jst very dis satisfied that's too bad the location was perfect maybe under a whole new staff to manage would help, ppl move in and out too often now I knw why I also after 3 mo am looking for another place :( having to pay 50$each notice I think is also un just, jst to very disappointed.
