Where do I begin? Let's see ... My ground floor apartment flooded SEVEN times in nine months. Seven. By the seventh time, there was one room in the entire apartment that hadn't been drowned. Imagine how well it smelled inside, after C @ K 'promptly' decided to clean up the last (and worst) incident about three days later. When the parking lot had numerous spaces occupied by broken glass, I foolishly parked in a cover space, instead. Courtyards at Kessler promptly and efficiently had my car towed. At least they cleaned the glass up, a few days after that. The icing on the cake, though, was when another resident walked in to my apartment through the sliding door. He helped himself to my roommates wallet, keys, and several pairs of shoes, before STEALING HIS CAR!!!! What a wonderful community they have! If I had a choice between a hovel in North Korea and living at Courtyards at Kessler, I'll choose North Korea every time. Absolutely, by far, without comparison, the worst place I have ever lived or expect to live. Avoid this place like the plague.
"Gated Community" where the gates are broken constantly, and you can just walk through the walkway doors that don't even lock. I've been robbed here, and so have several of my neighbors. The first floor units flood. There are lots of large bugs. My A/C has never worked properly. The management is really bad at communicating with the community. Trash is always all over this property. Maintenance is awful. Don't try to pay rent online - they charge a $20 fee. They don't respond to email or online requests, and the staff in the office is different every day and never seems to know what's going on. I can't wait to move out. Cheap rent is fine, but this is really not worth it.
