My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for the 2016-2017 school year! We would prefer a female roommate. The monthly rent listed doesn't include utilities! The tenants pay electric, sewage, gas, and water for utilities. So per month, each tenant would pay about $310 give or take.

Pets are allowed, and there are no monthly fees for pets! (One of us is bringing our cat who is friendly to other pets.) It's a short walk to the Ball State campus! If you have any questions and are interested, don't hesitate to contact!
