Relatively good stay. A few slow maintenance requests, sometimes the gates are broken, but I felt safe overall. Great Location. Beware of dishonest management practices regarding fees charged for pets (and, in other cases, possibly other things!) after move out. They don't explicitly state this in the lease, but there will be a fee charged under the label of "heavy pet smell in carpet" for carpet shampooing at move out. I was told this cost is under the blanket label of "exceeding normal wear and tear", but is charged to all pet owners, regardless of the presence of an actual scent in the carpet.
the worst staff i have ever met in my life ,worst manager ,worst assistant manager they have a very bad attitude they are best friends so if you have any trouble with the assistant manager never think to talk to the manager because you will get nothing ,very rude ,since they took over the property has been in the worst shape i have ever seen .i been here for 6 years and everything was great until this management took over this year everything turned to the worst even service requests takes at least 10-14 days that s why i decided to move out asap.i don't recommend anyone to move there while this management still there.
Lived here for a year. Really like the apartments. The maintenance staff was great. I have lived at 5 different apartment complexes and this office staff is the worst by far. Never seen a staff that seemingly cares so little about cooperating with tenants. Move across the street and save yourself a headache.
I have lived in this apartment for 1 year now. PROS: 1) Location - You live right across the street from Perimeter Mall and within walking distance from pretty much everything you could ever want or need. 2) Safety - I'm sure there are people who have their horror stories about living here, but I have never had a problem since living here. I feel safe and have never seen any issues within the complex. There was one time while I was here where shots were fired right outside of our gate, and the complex immediately sent out a letter to residents letting them know what happened and how they would prevent things like this from happening inside of our complex. 3) Maintenance people are VERY friendly and get the job done. Again, I'm sure that there are people who will say they have had a horrible experience on the maintenance front, but I had consistent positive experiences. They are always so nice and wave when you drive or walk by them in the parking garage. CONS: 1) It's expensive to live here and you don't get as much for your money. The main reason I am leaving this apartment after my lease is up is because of the rent going up. You do get prime location, but not many great amenities. The gym is just okay, the pool is nothing spectacular, and it isn't like you get a nice view in any particular direction. I don't think what they offer is worth the rent they charge. 2) Paying your rent can be a pain - Okay, it may seem silly to complain about this, but I didn't realize how important it was until it wasn't an option. I have a very busy schedule and am rarely at the apartment complex during office hours. First off, they aren't open on Sundays, which is really annoying. They do not have a rent deposit box, which means you have to physically walk into the leasing office with a check in hand during office hours. You can pay rent online, but you have to pay a $27 SERVICE FEE!! I had multiple months where I almost didn't get my rent to them on time because my schedule didn't line up with their office hours and I wasn't about to pay the service fee to do it online. 3) There's no community here. No one talks to anyone, there are many one or two social events per year hosted by the complex; I have never seen my neighbors. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a sense of community here. This is the kind of complex where people park their car, walk to their apartment, and don't come out until it's time to go to work the next day. It's not a bad thing when you want to be left alone, but can be lonely if you're looking for a place to make friends. Overall, this isn't a terrible complex. I have had no major issues since living here, but haven't really gained any satisfaction from living here either. This is a very "vanilla" complex.
The Elevators are extremely slow and always broken for one reason or another. Since Tribridge Realty has taken over the property the customer service is HORRID!. I've had Maintenance leave the key to door in the door after going into my apartment without my consent for no reason, to which my laptop was stolen and my car was recently keyed by another resident because they do not monitor the parking decks and there is not sufficient parking for all the residents. If it was possible I would give this place negative stars
