upon signing an 18 month lease we were pleased with the apartment and the property, we then hit the summer months and well the only way to put it is I WAS QUICKLY AWARE OF THE SURROUNDING SEEDY NEIGHBORHOOD! ALSO KNOWN AS THE GHETTO ,THE CHILDREN FROM THAT AREA CONJUGATE LIKE VERMON ON A DUMPSTER AND MAKE THE RENT PAYERS/LEASE HOLDERS POOL EXPERIENCE A SAD ONE ! THEY FEEL THAT THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO USE THE POOL AND ALSO GAIN ENTRY TO SELECT BLDGS USING THEM FOR SHELTER DURING HEAT WAVES AND RAINY DAYS,THEFT IS A COMMON EVENT AND IT HAPPENS DAILY,AS FOR THE PROPERTIES EMPLOYEES NOT ALL ARE BAD BUT WHEN FILING A NOISE COMPLAINT YOUR BETTER OFF DEALING WITH IT YOURSELF - TOO MANY PEOPLE MOVE IN THAT ARE NOT HONEST ABOUT THE # OF OCCUPANTS ,END RESULT IS NOISE IN EXESS,MY OPINION HAS CHANGED ABOUT THE COMPLEX AND I FEEL MOVING IS LOOKING LIKE A YES SO KNOW THIS YES IT IS A STEP ABOVE MOST PLACES BUT THE GHETTO AINT GOING NO WHERE
I don't know if the person below is talking about the same Sadie I knew, but I thought Sadie Rivas was one of the nicest, most friendly people I've ever met, though she isn't there any longer. I think it is a very nice place to live, and they continue to make it better. The maintenance staff usually comes the day you called or the day after, and when I email the office staff I usually get a response within a few hours. They put on tons of activities and even have "Wine Down Wednesdays" and "Microbrew Mondays" from time to time where you get free drinks and snacks. There was a point where management/employees seemed to change all of a sudden on me, and I was a bit unsure, but I'm very good with it now. The only two issue I have is that, yes, It is kind of surrounded by other lower quality, shall we say, living establishments, but they did put up a large fence around the pool last year and that seemed to help. Its kind of a "diamond in the rough". The second issue is that rent keeps going up and up and its getting close to the point that I might have to move somewhere cheaper. On the whole, though, I've been there for four years now and have been very pleased for the most part. I would definitely recommend it. Oh yeah, and I assure you I AM NOT an employee there, as someone suggested anyone writing a good review must be.
It was an ok place to live when I moved in. Now they have a new manager, Jessica, who is a complete failure at her job. She is rude and extremely unprofessional. My apartment flooded because my stupid upstairs neighbor overflowed her toilet. I was told that if they hadn't gotten there so quickly, there could have been ankle deep water in my apartment. They refuse, however, to replace any damaged drywall or check to see if there is any water in the ceiling. I have expressed my concern about they drywall being still wet and mold forming but they have basically said that they do not care and are not going to fix anything. If I could rate them zero stars, I would!
Any google user on here that is saying that this place is a nice place to live is coming from the managers of the place. The front office has the worst customer service and they could care less about you. Sadie is the worst manager in the world. Jill is too. I just want to send my dog in there so he can take a crap on their face. THIS PLACE SUCKS! DO NOT MOVE HERE
Do not rent from Waterchase apartments!!! The office girls are incompetent and rude. Good Luck if you need maintenance!!! They have 48 hrs to fix something but it takes at least a week!!! My apartment is infested with ants and they don't care!!!! Hundreds of ants in my carpet and coming from behind my dishwasher!!! When calling...... The office girls say it 's not considered an emergency and I' ll have to wait for a few weeks until pest control comes!!! DO you like mold? well I had it around my windows and doors! maintenance is not allowed to tell you if it is black mold! I bet this place would fail health code inspections!!!! My garage is like a swamp when it rains!!!!!!! This place sucks!!!
