This place is absolute garbage. The walls are so thin that I can clearly hear conversations in the parking lot and the elephants that apparently like to go up and down the stairs. The internet is incredibly slow in that I can't watch videos without them looking like they were filmed with a potato after buffering for 5 minutes. Oh, and the cable only works in the living room. We have mold on the door to the balcony and we've had roaches as well. The appliances suck and the breaker will just flip off randomly. Our washing machine and dryer once broke on the same day so that was super great. All of this and we're still paying a premium plus we got an overage for the first 3 months we lived here since the cap is only $25 a person and the apartment has the insulation of paper bag and the appliances were certainly not made with any kind of efficiency in mind. As you can probably tell, I will not be renewing my lease here and would move out tomorrow if I could.
God awful. I lived in wolf creek before and that place was better than here. You pay a ridiculous amount of money for what you are actually receiving. The walls are paper thin and the appliances in the apartment look a lot nicer than they actually are. We constantly have to get maintenance to fix them. If you are looking to live off campus DO NOT stay here. You will be much better off renting a 3 or 4 bedroom home, it will be cheaper and you will get so much more for your money.
So far not too bad. Some cockraoches here and there. Some items were broken when we moved in as well. Wish they enforced the "no trash outside your door rule".
I lived here last year and had an awful experience. When we moved in our carpet turned the bottom of our feet black. When we went down to the office with our complaints, they simply said "oh that's the way we clean- it brings the dirt to the surface and you just have to vacuum." Not to mention our microwave was DISGUSTING (like someone had heated up a ton of spaghetti), our fridge shelf was completely cracked and our furniture had cat scratches ALL over. None of these issues were ever resolved even after complaining. My roommate had wasps that kept flying in her vent for months and management dragged their feet and told her they would leave when the weather got warm (this was February…). We had gigantic cockroaches even though we were on the 2nd floor in a clean apartment. All in all I was not satisfied with this property and couldn't get out quick enough
I have only lived at campus crossings for over a month, but I have already had numerous bad experiences. When they actually have both buses running at the same time, they are rarely on time. This has caused me to be late to classes and one test. I had to call three times for a maintenance request before they actually stopped by my apartment. On top of that, I cannot go one day without seeing a cockroach crawling around my apartment. I would highly recommend living somewhere else
