The leasing agents and maintenance were very helpful and were always speedy to respond. The lake and nature trail are awesome if you have a dog, just watch out for poo because most of the residents neglect to pick up. The apartments are close to 96 so there is always noise when you're trying to sleep. Turning left is near impossible during rush hour. The brewery across the street has great management and beer! Very small and old for the price..

First of all, these are some pretty well-maintained apartments. And the view is awesome. BUT they charge so much for them, and we ended up spending $250 for a non-refundable pet fee (which we assumed was for damages that pets are bound to make), as well as $20/month, per pet (for our two cats), which we also assumed was for that damages that pets make. So, over a year that's a total of $730 that we spent for them to do basically nothing. When we received our security deposit back, we only got about 5% because there were cat stains in the carpet. Okay, sure. Replace the carpet. That makes sense. But why would none of that $730 apply at all to the damages that were caused by our pets? I asked the office manager that question. She said that the $730 was "for the privilege of having a pet." I feel disgusted. Lamberton Lake Apartments takes major major financial advantage of pet owners. And they know it.

I am currently going on my second year here at Lamberton Lake Apartments and I absolutely LOVE it, I just transferred from a roomy two bedroom to a beautiful newly remolded one bedroom. The scenery is just beautiful and peaceful, the community here is very friendly and clean. Maintenance is awesome with upkeep and keeping the grounds safe in the winter months, the office staff is wonderful and very helpful. As I said before I just love it here I cant see myself moving any time soon. I'm very proud of my home here I have no complaints.
