my advice is never to live here. the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! plus the people who work here are the worst. they're rude from maintenance to office personal, and even at the corporate level. you'd think being the cheapest place in GR you're saving money, but reality is they charge you for the dumbest things, especially after you move out , suddenly there's thousands of dollars you have to pay for "damages" like the apartment smelling from candles, perfumes, and incense. when I moved in there were already holes in the walls from whoever lived there before, I got charged for damages. often I wondered if half the things they accuse people of are even legal, and I also think they take advantage of people who are low income by drawing them in 28th their low prices, then accuse them of gross damages knowing there's little legal action against them, but in the meantime it's the people who suffer as their credit report gets shot with all the B.S. charges. if you re a college student thinking your saving money by living here - my advice is not to, plus I'd worry for your safety here, there were many a nights I freaked with all the abusive commotion from the apartments around me, & often weird strangers tried opening my door in the middle of the night - ALWAYS lock your door if you do decide to live here. whenever I complained about noise problems - the office people would respond - did you call the number - the first time I didnt know the "number" & thought - but I'm here now mentioning the problem. the second time a guy was beating his girlfriend and I called the "number" they gave me, it rang with no answer, oh and also the police get called here so often for domestic abuse. DON'T LIVE HERE FOR SO MANY MORE REASONS that I could write about.
I dont know actually how will I rent an apt. Im waying for mor than 3 months and they told me that I should move in November and they didnt call me after the 2 weels of it. and when I called they said I should wait also the manager wansnt giod person. she talked in disrespectfull way to me. and after all this I see all the comments are bad and the rates are 2 low all thr people that commented complaining. I dont know how will I move into it!
I'm waiting for almost 4 mounth to get an apartemnet but no one cantact me!!!
Stayed here overnight with some friends while travelling. Typical tiny apartment, but there was an issue with the lighting that the landlord has apparently not taken the time to address. At random points throughout the night, all of the lights flicker and stutter very heavily. It's nauseating, and raises serious fire concerns.
decent size apartments. i lived there for 6 months. when i moved out they took my security deposit saying the carpets needed replacing. i actually shampooed them before i left. Also they told me they needed more than the months notice i gave that i was moving and charged me an extra months rent. so i no longer live there and owe them 800.00. this is unacceptable. the lady that manages the office (who i will not name) is the rudest person i've ever met. however there is a woman than named bree who is extremely helpful and actually seems to care. be very cautious renting there.
