We live in a double room at a cute, spacious house on 14th Street. We will be gone the whole summer so we are looking for two female sub-letters. The room is a double, so it would be for two girls to stay in together!

The house has a full kitchen, living room area, two full baths and one half bathroom. We have a washer, a dryer, private parking, and it is fully furnished!

Rent is $400/per person, but we are willing to negotiate. Looking for someone from May 20th-August 18th, but that is also flexible!
