I was so eager to start the application process and possibly live here but that quickly turned. I called in advance to see when I could stop by after work to take a look at the apartpment. They told me they stopped showing at 530. I pulled up at 5:07 and Renee (she's the pregnant one) proceeded to tell me they stopped showing apartments at 5. I tried to tell her that someone (who I believed was her by her voice) told me something different but she cut me off and said she'd let me see it anyway. Strike 1. I go through the application with Renee, all the while she was complaining because they closed at 6 and I was still filling out my app (you can't take it home). She gets the manager, I think her name is Takeisha (she's an overweight black woman) and she helps me finish the rest, rushing me through it the whole time. S She was very rude and unprofessional. I still wanted to live there so I got through it. As I'm leaving the leasing office, two people get into a fight right outside in the parking lot. STRIKE 2!!! I did all that only for them to call two days later 5 minutes before they closed to inform me I got denied. As a shock to me, I begged to see if they can call me tomorrow so I can get a better understanding as to why I was DQ'd and see if there was a possibility that they could work with me since I have two weeks to find a place. They basically rushed me off the phone and promise to speak with their regional manner and return my phone call. They didn't. So I called them today, and big girl answered the phone being rude, talking over me, cutting me off, and pretty much lacking compassion, patience, or understanding of my situation. They weren't willing to work with me and to find out they hadn't even spoken with their authorities regarding my application and didn't plan on calling me back. STRIKE 3!!! It's a blessing in disguise. Though I may have lost $50 in the process, I'm glad I won't be living there because the staff is so rude and unfriendly and very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
It is the wors they charged us for every thing in the house and the floors are dirty and nasty in the house people be cusing around kids they dont know thers fights around and loud noise wile people are asleep
Worst apartments to live in ever. Application took weeks to process & when I asked for a refund of my money with STILL no status of my application, I was told no. The corporate office never answers the phone. The leasing agent Renee has tired weave & is so unprofessional. Crystal the property manager has a stank ass attitude & acts as if she does not want to work there. Do not spend your money here.
Not all great. To many kids and the grounds is not always kept clean. Plus they take to long to fix your stuff. And they to cheap to open the pool in the summer. For that they need to go down on the rent. And they charge to much for late fee's. . Straight rip off
First, lemme me just say, I was more than delighted to leave the place last week; both inside and outside was unsatisfying for us. Second...where do i start!? The place (inside) appeared to be unprofessionally built; several architects were miscalculated, where there were gaps between the countertop-desk, pillar-wall, most importantly, carpet-floor/wall (maybe that's just a me thing, but how a building looks on the inside tells everything about the pace you're living in). Next up, and this seems to be everyone's problem, is the maintenance....terrible. One, they say they'll come by tomorrow, they come by within the next 2-3 weeks. On top of that, they leave a mess after doing their work, one that they don't ever clean up, exhorting you to do the rest (might i add they have a tendency to borrow your tools, since they'll forget theirs). Lastly, and most importantly, it felt like a chore to remind them. Yes, REMIND them that they needed to maintain something. Thirdly, the atmosphere became a wreck. What i mean by this is that our furniture somehow became populated with a lot of mildew, spider mess (bug remains), and dust. Dust, understandable; spider mess (I'll get into that momentarily); but mildew, riddle me that! We contacted the office staff abot, but they never did anything about it. We, unfornately had to kepp most of the furniture with us, but temporarily. But for now, my mother suggest disenfecting it all, so...yeah... What's next? Everyone's having problems with reaches, meanwhile spiders is what had problem with. From tiny, corner ones, to big, messy den ones that have a tendency to leave a lot. Main dish: rolly pollies. Part of this is our fault since seen it all at the last minute instead of having the place inspected years ago... Overall, this place is excessively inadequate for living space. If you're planning living here, make temporarily. Inside is terrible, outside... the neighbors, few were good in our location. Oh, and if you have breathing problems, then beware: smokers, stoners, and others. But just... there's other places around Stone Rd that are worth the payment. Never thought I'd be tactless about something, but it happened...
