Ahhhh where to begin.... 1. Small 1 bedroom apartment rent has increased from $1050/month $1150/month in 2 years. 2. Despite numerous service requests the oven vent van still blows smoke around the apartment instead of sucking it out. 3. When moving in we were told/is stated in our rental agreement that we were allowed to have a BBQ. After purchasing one the Fire Marshal came and BBQ privileges were revoked, and we were threatened with fines if we did not comply. 4. Originally, I locked my bikes on Apt. balcony the first night that I locked them to the communal bike rack they were stolen. (I literally mean this, it only took 1 night for someone to cut the lock and steal 2 bikes) 5. After coming back from a business trip I just found the roof of my truck caved in. It appears that someone used my truck as a step ladder up to the parking lot shade cover. Then jumped back off of it onto the roof of my truck, thus caving in the roof. My largest complaint is that all of this has happened despite being in a gated community with a posted security guard. One would assume that some recompense would be made for such egregious lapses in "security." The only help the front office has been is to suggest we file a police complaint.
Lived here for 3 years. Great staff. Walls are thin. Only complaint
Sweet place for youngsters who are starting out
I really don't know who can complain too much about this place. I've been here over a year in a studio. Yes, it's expensive at $995 but it's California!!! Good news: they have lowered the rates because of market conditions so now you can get a studio for under $900 (they lowered everything). Folks, it's an apartment, you're going to have to deal with noise and living in a communal place. A/C is sufficient and anytime anything needs fixing or cleaning (rarely), the office has it done w/in 24 hours. They are on top of things and everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. Grounds are very well kept by the maintenance guys who are also very friendly. There isn't much parking so you'll have to park on the streets (tip: Fullerton tickets but you can park in Placentia which is a few feet away on the border of Palm). They have a security guard walking the premises of the grounds incl parking lot at night. All in all, very little to complain about. I'm moving out of state and heading to Texas for a better bang for my buck. Otherwise, I'd stay here.
