This apartment complex was built around 1980, there tends to be a lot of maintenance problems that mgmt does the bare minimum to fix. You appliances may be old and dirty and beat up but it they work you are stuck with them. There will be about 25 coats of paint on the walls and little pockets of filth that you may not notice until you move it. I suggest looking for a newer place, skip this one.
I have been waiting since June to get the tiles in my shower fixed or replaced. IT is now August... The tiles are falling off and it's black crud caked behind them. I have resorted to putting tape on them to keep them from falling off. The management knows about this, and continuously gives excuses. Also, when i moved in the carpet was dirty and they said professional cleaners cleaned it so that's the best it's gonna be. The blinds look like they've been there since 1980... and that's just to name a FEW problems! #WorstPlaceEVER do yourself a favor and don't move here!
My wife and I moved to Tyler, Texas. We did have time to really look around. With it being a gated community we thought it wouldn’t be too bad, but we were very wrong. There is a lot of noise at night which interrupted our sleep and there were people naked walking around in the pool area. My wife and I do not smoke but we might as well have, because the neighbor beside us did and our apartment smelled like smoke and our all furniture and our pet. They offered to move us to another unit and the unit they offered to move us in, smelled and I talked to a few people that lived there said it was bad there too. I would not live here if they said I could stay for free. Trust me go somewhere else.
