The only good thing about the place is they provide a place to live. Other than that the maintenance is horrible. I had them fix my fridge because it was warm inside. After the guy left, everything in my fridge was soaked. I had open drinks that had gotten wet and my eggs were wet. There were puddles in the fridge, my kitchen floor was wet, my countertop had puddles and the area around my sink was all wet. I also had them fix my doorknob which the lock doesn't even line up with the hole in the doorway. They charge you for parking and you'll have a hard time getting out of the exit because of the bushes and poles on either side of the driveway preventing you from seeing oncoming traffic. Worst expperience I've ever had. I definitely do not recommend this place at all unless you are absolutely desperate and don't care how maintenance treats your home.
I don't what to think bedbugs I for sure know takes time for them to infest even tho apartment was not rented for a while. Please. Just because they tell you to check they also need to check under carpets baseboards around the frames before one goes in especially if complex are old just think is not right for us to have to pay for something is unpredictable as for the roaches another problem quess we get what we pay for.
This is easily one of the worst places I have lived at. When I first moved here, the convenience of living at this place was nice, as well as the apartment. However, I began to see the many things that cheap apartment complexes do to skirt code or something, the many water bugs that infest the walls, as well as cockroaches. The reason I am leaving is that they are raising their rent. The rent from about 875 a month, to 1200 a month, for no reason. No reasoning was given. And I have consistently paid rent on time and was up front about everything that happened inside the apartment. I got married and we moved into a new apartment that we thought was going to be an upgrade. Upgrade to them meant stained walls, a washer and dryer unit that barely worked, a dishwasher that had to be "fixed" several times, because the dishwasher soap container would not work properly, a banister that just fell off the wall, a toilet that wont stop groaning, an ant infestation, a bathtub that just started flaking off on the bottom because their idea of refinishing is painting a new layer of white paint that matches the tub, an air conditioner that spit out marijuana infested air for more than 4 months, and so on and so on. There is one decent worker inside the office named Brenda, whom is very warm and caring to talk to. Everyone else either treats you like a second class citizen, or belittles you when you come with real concerns. I really hope that current and former tenants in this rat trap leave more reviews on this forum. I do not know if this is the proper place for this kind of complaint, but I have reached the corporate company for this company and complained to them, and they just swept it under a mat basically. Stay away from the apartment complex! Do not rent EVER!
I currently rent from Sable Ridge I had gotten a letter about my service dog and emotional support animal. When we were outside we ran into the lady who later turned out to be the manager. Later that night on July 6th after the run in we caught her peeking in our window. We informed her during the run in one dog was emotional support animal and the other was a service dog. She proceeded to ask me what disabilities the dogs treated and where the vest was. A few days later on July 20th we received a form saying we had to remove one dog and pay for the other. When I went in to talk to her she was very rude and said the fair housing act doesn't cover emotional support animals and the dog being over the weight limit and she knew their policy so we shouldn't have moved in. I left and came back 20mins later to provide her with the registry number and the law. When I provided her with the doctors documentation and the law she became very rude and then started accusing me of not picking up after her dogs and that I let the run "wild". She said she was going to charge me for this and damages to the property. We have been in the apartment for a month and no damages have happened. We also always bring a bag to pick up after the dogs. I said okay I'd like evidence of this and that you are not charging us the fees since it is against the law. She refused to give this to me. The lady that did this is the property manager named Stacy Patterson and we are waiting to her back from the company. This is illegal for anyone else having this problem with this property I used to be a leasing agent and we would never treat our residents like this.
DONT NOT RENT HERE !! when we first moved in everything seemed well staff was nice then 3 months into living here everything went to horrible pest control stop coming and let me tell you there are all kinds off bugs in these apartments roaches and all then they started to give us these bs bill that needed to be paid when we know that we paid it they'll tell you anything to get you to pay them some kind of money now the staff is rude I asked them to come out to my apartment to fix my tub it took them a week in a half and when I called and asked them why they haven't came out they told me because I have two bathrooms its not there priority to fix well I pay for to bathrooms so I think they should've made it there priority maintenance does nothing but sit on there lazy butts and if you do rent still be sure to keep a record of what you pay them because they will try to cheat you out your money and tell you they haven't received any payment knowing that they have..BEWARE
