The maintenance team are great.. Community is green, quite and in scenic location. Enough parking for visitors. move out was terrible though. they replaced the whole carpet (lived for 7 months)with out notifying and charged $1300. Staff did not seem willing to help who seemed nicer and friendlier while living in there.
It's a good place, reasonable rent. We moved from the city and got more square footage and more amenities for 30 dollars less in rent. On the other hand there are squatters living in the wood line. But I haven't had any issues or run ins with them. It's a little discerning but I can deal with it coming from the city. Parking can be an issue but I have great experiences with the management team in resolving any issues I have had.
Let me start by saying that the staff and crew at the complex are very helpful and great, however, it has declined over the years. I have been at this property for awhile, each year rent is increased about $100 and the residents living there get worse and worse. The reason for the rating is overall experience and current situation which has been an ongoing issue, which will only get worse. Parking has been an issue both for residents and guest, most people will park along the back road, which will start to have construction, limiting where people can park, as well as recently towing cars that follow the apartments policies, so residents are both scared and paying $400 for their car being towed. The complex has yet to respond to my request on an explanation on why cars are being towed, when following the proper process. I DO NOT recommend even looking at renting here.
My mother lives here and there is always an issue. If it isn't the parking it is the staff not getting their story straight on how and when parking permits are available. The homeless occupy the woods adjacent to the apartment and stuff is stolen from her private patio. The security is not sufficient and the tow truck practically lives here.
I have to say I love this apartment! We have been living here for a couple of months and have not had any problems. As long as you follow the rules which are in your lease, you should be very happy here. I've never had a problem getting a guest parking pass even close to when the office closes, although they do let you know before you move in that it can happen. They only print enough passes every day for the number of spots available in the complex, which is nice because it means if you get a guest pass there will be a parking spot. The office staff is super friendly and very helpful. Maintenance comes to fix problems within 24 hours or you don't pay rent until the issue is fixed. Maintenance will not enter your apartment without your permission. The extra facilities (gym, rec room, pool, etc.) are awesome and very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and also well maintained. There is a ton of storage which is a nice change from a lot of apartments we've seen/lived in in the Seattle area. These apartments feel the most like a home of any apartment I've ever lived in.
