I was staying overnight at a friend's apartment to decide if I wanted at Wesley St. Clair. I was impressed with a lot that I had seen during my research, but there was one thing that sold me on this community. There was an altercation between some girls (I believe one was a resident and the other was not) outside that was getting loud on 1/4/15 . A few minutes later the courtesy office came outside and quickly diffused the situation. Not only is it great to have a good looking home, but safety is of huge importance in my eyes. The courtesy officer sealed the deal once I realized that safety of their residents is a priority and issues are handled quickly! Great job Wesley St. Clair and Courtesy Officer!!!! I look forward to signing my lease!!!!!
horrible place. Lived there 2 yrs and once u move they make your life hell
Their leasing office is terrible. They screw up things and then come accusing the residents that they messed up. Multiple times I've had to call up there or go to the office because they can't get their information right or they have screwed it up. The leasing agents are rude. We back into this place because we liked it previously but clearly that was a mistake. I cannot wait to move. The gate is always broken and the dumpster overflows all the time. I plan on breaking my lease before September.
I've recently went to tour this subdivision and it was a very Pleasant and friendly community the manager greeted me almost immediately im guessing the leasing agents were on lunch and the other lady was out showing but I must say the grounds are so pretty, I think its the scenery that i liked the most. I think anyone that appreciates a beauty inside and out will enjoy living here.
Do not move in here. I completely agree with the previous comments. I've rented from several communities in the past, and I've never had one complaint. This place is terrible. All of the "amenities" they provide do not work - all the machines in the fitness center are broken, the internet connection is slower than dial-up (and you are not allowed to not pay for it), and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Linda is very rude. Don't be fooled into thinking that this is a "gated community." When the gate isn't broken, there is no visitor gate, so if a resident gets stuck behind a visitor, you have to wait to get into the complex. What ends up happening is that all the visitors just come in right after the residents. Regarding the crime, it's true. The second weekend my husband and I moved in, federal probation officers came banging on the door looking for a previous tenant. They would not leave. We informed the leasing agents, and they showed no cause or concern, but, of course, I wasn't surprised as this has been my general experience here.
