Worst customer service I have ever received. 20 year old AC UNITS! I was told "We only replace them when they break down." Office help will be kind and gracious until you sign your lease, after that, they couldn't even be bothered to hear you speak. Have only been living here for a couple months and I can't stand it! Not on the first floor, and the floors in my apartment aren't level! I have cardboard under my dressers to get them to stand up straight. They lightly went over the mold in the bathroom so it looked clean until it all seeped through just two months in. Beautiful outside though it is swarmed in mosquitoes. Always clean pool but its just not worth the disrespect and aggravation. I expect so much more when paying SO MUCH money.
Worst place to stay here now, it used to be good, but since the management changed this is no more good to stay, will move out soon, No response to customers who are staying from past 2-3 years, no new things, maintenance is very poor, they talk like they are doing favor to us. For one issue you have to reach out to them 3-4 times and they behave its like our mistake. Specially because of those two ladies who are managing this property very badly people soon will move out as their behavior to all is rude and they seems to be caring only for new customers. I will for sure in coming 2 months.
Maintenance response going worst. Need to call lease office for more than thrice to clear honey bee in apartment stairs. Lease office or maintenance team never reach out compliant person, if they unable to identify issues.
Bad Front desk response. Not giving any preference for existing residents.
