I HAVE LOOKED AT THIS PROPERTY OVER AND OVER THROUGH OUT THE LAST YEAR AND HALF, TO MAKE SURE ITS A PLACE I WANT TO COMMIT FOR THE NEXT YR. I LOVE THE FLOOR PLANS. BUT MY CONCERN IS THE SAFETY BECAUSE I DO HAVE NOTHING BUT GIRLS AND A GRAND BABY. ALSO IF THEY ARE CLEAN APARTMENTS (ROACHES) , I AM PETRIFIED OF THEM NO MATTER WHAT SIZE... SO CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A FEED BACK. I HAVE READ AND BY WORD OF MOUTH BAD REVIEWS ON THE PROPERTY....
I do like them but I have never live there I thinking of movie in how is everything there? And how are the School too a worry mother please let me know more about this place ;)
worst apartment ever to live in, moved in and the apartment was not ready and had to live like that until they felt like sending someone to fix things and they barely even fixed anything. no one never came to fix nothing in the apartment, roach infested, management do not do they job no matter how many time you make a complaint nothing gets done. I am not use to living like this and I will be moving out asap.
I moved to this property back in 2010. I visited the property three times before I moved in just to be sure that it was in fact a decent place for me and my family. The leasing agent that worked with me was so sweet and very helpful! However, from the day that I was supposed to sign my lease things started going downhill FAST! I came in at my scheduled time AFTER a friend and I loaded up a truck and car load of my belongings only to be told to come back the next day because they did not have my paperwork ready. I came back the next day and had to wait more than two hours just to sign my lease and get my keys. While I waited I was treated with the utmost DISRESPECT by the property manager! I blew it off though and proceeded to move in. I LOVED my floorplan. It was three bedrooms and perfect for my little family. Then I quickly realized that when the sun went down, all hell breaks loose in that complex! Young kids run rampant through the parking lot and do not move for passing cars, older kids smoke marajuana on the stairs and play very loud music until the early morning hours, the adults scream across the complex to their children, and nearly everyone takes it upon themselves to sit on any cars in the parking lot...it was insane! The first week that I lived there, a tenant across the parking lot from my building was seriously injured, if not killed (I am not sure). More than 10 emergency vehicles were in the complex and it took the fire truck almost an hour just to wash away all the blood! After that I had endless issues with roaches despite the weekly exterminations that I signed up for. I also had a hard time getting any maintanence done the first few months because they were unable to keep any maintenance staff employed. Then when the parking permits were introduced, a notice was not properly distributed to the tennants and my vehicle was towed causing me to miss work and ultimately lose my job! After a long fight with the front office, I was reimbursed for the towing inconvenience. During the course of my stay at this complex, I watched the front office staff get replaced multiple times until finally the the management company came in and started getting things together. I left the complex earlier this year and I must admit that the staff that was in the front office when I left was very pleasant. They were very polite and overly helpful! Things were starting to change for the better. There was actually security and they even had drug dogs with them patrolling the property on a regular basis, and the latenight noise was almost totally eliminated! From the time that I moved in to the time that I moved out I saw enough improvement to say that I would consider moving back to the property. However, I greatly stress to any potential/future tennants that read this review...make sure that you really look into this place before you commit to a 12month lease.......it is better than it was before, but it still has a lot of work to be done.
