This apartment it was roach infested From day one ,nothing I did rid the roaches . My stove broke they didn't fix it it's been four weeks now , sink in bathroom stopped up with backed up sewer water ,thats order was put in three weeks ago and just getting fixed . Heaters don't work at all downstairs and that was put in a year ago still not fixed . But it's OK there is a case with the department of health and I'm finally moving.
I should of known not to move here from the moment I did the walk through. The roaches greeted me at the door, and of course the leasing consultant said they had just bombed and not to worry. Six months later I was still fighting with the roaches, I did everything from bomb, roach bait, sticky gel, boric acid ,and rain to get rid of the roaches. I finally got rid of them, but they came back when dirty neighbors moved next door. Anyway I found out later that the apartments were built on a land fill, and the maintenance walk around all day and half a** fix things just so they are working temprorarily. They dont accept pets, and they will throw you out at the drop of a dime if they find out you have one, and constantly bombard your mailbox with lease renewals when your lease is about to expire. I will move to JW or Whitcomb before I renew my lease I cant wait until June.
