35 Village Hill, Northampton’s newest mixed-income, affordable apartment community, will be taking applications for studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments. Preferences may apply. To obtain a copy of the Tenant Selection Plan please contact the management office.
You may complete the application in several ways during the application period:
1.) Complete the application on our website, www villagehillapts com - click on the "Applicant" link from the main menu to register and begin application (PREFERRED METHOD OF COMPLETION).
2.) Download the application on our website, under the Leasing Information page, for print completion and send via mail to 51 Village Hill Road, Northampton, MA 01060, postmarked by the deadline, or send via e-mail to ****.
3.) If you or anyone assisting you cannot use these methods, please call and ask that an application be mailed to you.
4.) Applications will be made available for pick up at Forbes Public Library, subject to its public access hours/rules, in light of state/local/federal government mandates.
Returning completed applications:
Applications may be completed online or downloaded from our website, printed, completed and returned by mailing or emailing to us.
All applicants must be determined eligible in accordance with the Department of HUD regulations and must meet the family size requirements for a designated bedroom size (maximum of 2 persons per bedroom; minimum of 1 person per bedroom preference) as well as maximum income of all family members (please see income limits below). Applications will be processed in order of receipt.
