They have the worst customer service I spoke with a women who sets up the appointments to view homes and she had the worst attitude. She didn't sound polite nor happy about her job. If you don't like your job get a new one!!!! This company is just bad.
the people leaving good reviews about this company must work for them because they are horrible. Office staff is just plain rude and their leasing agent stood me up on two different occasions when I went to look at their properties. I have no desire to even do business with them ever.
There is absolutely nothing good to say bout them.its been three weeks since we put our app in and can't even get them to return a call or email let alone give us an answer....every week they had an excuse..i understand stuff comes up but I'm sure u can find 2 min out if ur day to keep us updated.horrible customer service.ill never work with them again.
They are very rude and short with u on the phone: . Would not waste my time trying to rent from them.
I agree with Amanda...we dealt with several property management companies in our search for a new place to live, and the entire staff at Regency were very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about us being potential clients. I will write another review after our move in, but right now they score five stars in my book!
