Worst Renting Experience Ever. Only Stayed for 4 Months. Carpet was new when moved in and i cleaned myself. apparently in 4 months the carpet was so bad it cost 400 to clean it. BS... Rude service upon moving out gave me 4 days to pay and because my mail where i moved to was slow i got sent to collections. thanks Chesapeake for screwing my credit. This Place is shady. Also While living there my infant son started to get sick. checked to see if there was a hepa filter installed in hearer/ac unit as i was told it was and i was charged for. No Filter present in the apartment at all just mold stains and dust. Also found mold in walls in both bathrooms. Stay away if you love your family.
DONT RENT HERE! Staff is horrible. Rude, lazy, and incompetent. If you have maintenance issues they get pissed off at you for creating work for them. They then begin retaliation and start harassing you. Leaving 3 day notices for any reason at all, threaten to tow your vehicle, pull your rent late and then charge you late fees, charge you $50/month rent for a washer and dryer that are so small you cant wash blankets in them. $15/month for a carport space where you have water puddles to avoid, over flowing trash enclosures, car was broken into twice and items stolen, dog crap all over, the pool and spa have been closed for 5 months, they don't honor their word at all! They refused to honor the gift certificate I won at their BBQ for a carpet cleaning. They told me I could use it at any time when I won it. Then when I tried to use it they told me it was no longer valid. Said I had to use it within 30 days of winning it but I won it the 1st day I moved in so I didn't need it then. NEVER said this anywhere on the gift certificate. Then they threatened to evict me when I argued with them that they had to honor it I had it in writing. Washer flooded but took them forever to replace it and tried to place the new one before I finished cleaning out the debris and drying the water from the walls. Then they bent the drain pan when installing the new one. The list goes on and on. My advice is to simply rent elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and headache.
Worst I mean the worst There was rats And when we wanted to change something they said no to everything Staff are rude and lazy
A pretty good place to live pet friendly has many amenities including dog park 3 Jacuzzis three pools three tennis courts volleyball area and a gym as well management staff is pretty friendly and helpful only real downfall is that Maintenance takes a while to arrive but is usually fast and does a decent job for the price and location bus stop right as you walk out of the main entrance to the complex lots of shopping stores within Mustang 5 minutes and no further than 20 minutes away and walking distance to Kaiser and Mather field hospital all in all a pretty decent place to live also has a breakdown area lots of grass and greenery for both people and four legged family members live here for more than four years and overall pretty happy and satisfied as well as content nice place to live .
The part of Chesapeake I live in is pretty quiet. I enjoy this complex greatly. Parking lot leaves a bit to be desired but everything else is solid. I get alerts periodically through text message with regards to maintenance, reminders, rent, etc. Not a bad place to live. With a few minor adjustments, I'd give it a 5 star. **Been a resident since December 2014**
