Parking is almost nonexistent after 1900/7:00 PM. Management frequently tows vehicles. Our friend who is a local tow truck driver states that this complex gets most of his business. Maintenance is poor. The pipes are old and there have been several water breaks. The management withholds security deposits upon moving out stating, "We go through the apartments with a white glove" though our apartment was filthy upon moving in. You get what you pay for. The customer service attitude is seriously lacking or I dare say non existent.
Hope you like having to park as far away a possible from your apartment. Everyone seems to not work and never go anywhere, and if they do work they get home around 4pm. You may even have to park in fire lanes or in the nearby shopping center. Hope you like your neighbors, you'll be hearing every footstep they make! They'll be littering all over and rarely pick up after their dogs. They'll smoke in front of your windows and litter their butts all over. Management won't clean it up. And management will take forever to get things done. You'll have to go in multiple times to get them to actually do something. To get a light bulb changed it will take a week, at least. Looks nice from the outside, but really bad architecture when you think about it. Kept in poor condition. My carpet, upon moving in, had scorch marks and stains. A majority of the outlets had grounds broken inside of them. The kitchen floor was peeling up in areas you may have not seen. And prepare to pay for heating, it will literally be swept through the cracks--poor weatherstripping and windows. Felt welcoming at the beginning but then felt like I was being robbed of my money's worth. Can't wait until the lease is up!
Overpriced, and not worth the headache. We felt welcomed in the beginning. However, after a while, we began to see that we were paying way too much for what we were getting. Open parking is nice in theory. But when almost half of the parking spaces are covered spaces that you have to pay monthly to use, finding a spot in the evening feels like you were 20 minutes late to a sold out concert. When we decided to terminate our lease early due to finding a house there was a termination fee, which was expected. What was not expected was an extra charge for cleaning the carpets. So what did I pay a security deposit for? Not to mention the monthly pet fee. So after $1000 plus in rent and last minute charges we assumed we were all done with them, especially since I personally dropped of the last checks and asked them if we were all paid up. We were not so lucky. Here it is almost 6 months later and we have a charge of $93 dollars for "extra cleaning and maintenance". It must be the broken bedroom light that we put a ticket in for, that was never fixed. (Yes I did try replacing the light bulb). So, after all that I have to say that the apartments are nice, but if you are claustrophobic you may want to pay more for the bigger apartments.
Lived here for two years. The first year was wonderful, and I really enjoyed it. The second year management switched over, and it has been terrible since then. I am breaking my lease early to get out of this place, staff is unfriendly, maintenance is terrible (our dishwasher exploded all over our floor right after they "fixed" it), they fail to inform you of when packages have arrived...and the list goes on. They may look nice, but don't be mistaken.
Lived here for 5 years. Up until the last management team came aboard I was very pleased and happy. Now I can't wait to move. They are so dis-organized, unprofessional and insult to the intelligence of others. Save your money go down the street, and just stay away.
