Our gorgeous, 2-story, 3 bedroom (plus a smaller spare bedroom), 2 bathroom house is available to sublet for the summer. The house is huge and has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, study, mud room, and backyard (all rooms are fully furnished).

- Rent is $750/month (utilities and internet included). One of our subletters just canceled (she's no longer going to be in New Haven this summer), so we have one room available.

- Available May through August (dates negotiable)

- No A/C but we do have lots of fans and windows

- Laundry available at 104 Lake Place (a few houses down the road--takes credit cards, $1.50/cycle)

- Great location! The house is right across the street from the Yale Gym, a few blocks from all the restaurants and shops on Broadway and a 10-minute walk to Stop & Shop.

- If needed, parking is available in the driveway/in a parking lot immediately behind the house
