We just moved out about six months ago from Mosaic. Unit was nice and spacious we lived in a One bedroom one bath. Pool is nice gym is small but OK. Parking is a joke you only get one spot per unit and then you have to just hope you can find a visitor later. Front office manager Katrina is as fake as the way she looks. She will act all nice upon arrival And as time goes on she will find anyway to fine your unit or tow your car she's not a good person or a good property manager a monkey could do a better job than she could.
Very nice complex. Have been here about 8 months and it hasn't been bad at all. One thing that I think they could improve on is power washing the stairs and hallways. Other than that we love it!
When you initially see the complex, it looks high end and nicely kept. Once you live there for a couple of months, you start to realize that it's all a facade. The gate to drive into the complex is a joke. If anyone really wanted to get in, they could either a) hop the fence or b) tailgate right behind a resident that is going through the resident gate. I can't even begin to count the number of times I've almost got rear-ended because some idiot decided to tailgate right behind me. The complex wrote a letter to all the residents that they have cameras and would be fining any resident that allows it from happening, but c'mon. You can't prove that they are your guest. Last year, the complex had to issue notices to all the residents because there had been a strain of bike stealing and people's condos being broken into. They warned the resides to secure the bikes and condos because of it. The condo behind me gets rented out to vacationers, and this spring, his car got stolen in the middle of the night. In a gated complex. With security guards. And cameras. He said the security footage showed his car being driven away through the exit gate. Really? Just recently a car got broken into, and two convertible tops got slashed by three kids. The security guards were able to hold them, but the police let them go with trespassing. Apparently they were able to hop the fence. I've been living here for two years and seen so many people move in, then move out in a couple of months. That should really tell you something. The only reason I stayed was because of how cheap the rent was, and how close it was to my job. Now that I've saved enough money to make a lovely downpayment on a house, I am OUT. And I will be celebrating that exact day when the last of my stuff is out of that complex.
My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2yrs. We are very sad to be leaving. It's a great, quiet neighborhood. The grounds are kept very clean. The security guards are very attentive when needed - which isn't often. I love that the gate is kept closed around the clock and it only allows one vehicle at a time (I've seen it nail a few car-hoods whenever someone tried to follow a car in - haha) Each unit is privately owned, so prices vary. The base price is very reasonable. It was a great find and made our time in Orlando very enjoyable.
