Overall the complex is okay. If you have pets this is NOT the place for you. The units themselves are decent but the paint is cheap and chips very easily. Every unit has a washer and a dryer but they aren't the greatest pieces of equipment. The ceilings are high which is great. As stated previously the maintenance team is quick, efficient, and fairly pleasant. The ladies in the office, with the exception of Megan G., leave a lot to be desired. The office managers constantly act as if you are harassing them or interrupting something important. Now some of the really annoying things.... If you have someone above you it will ALWAYS sound like a 1000 pound elephant stomping on the floor. If they drop something it is as if it might fall through the ceiling. You can hear your neighbors going about their daily life be it washing dishes or having sex or fussing at their children. The bad: fees for everything!!!!! You are charged a pest control fee even if you NEVER have someone come out. You are charged for the "free" cable. You are charged an "admin fee" for no reason. There is a trash fee. The FEE for EACH pet is over $300 each and $10 a month in "pet rent". This means that in a 12 month lease you will pay almost $1000 for having your furry friends here. That is an additional months worth of rent. And they will charge you to deflea and clean the carpets when you move out (they would do these for free if you didn't have pets). The dog park, pool, and gym are tiny. The business center has NOTHING in it... not even a computer. Outside of the fees and the lackluster staff the complex is safe and quiet.
