I'm so glad my lease is finally up!!! When you come to view the apartments the take you and show you a nice apartment then when you lease an apartment they put you in the SLUMS!!! You're basically paying $600+ to live in the slums if I wanted to do that I'd pay much less! the management is terrible! By far the worst management I've ever had at an apartment I've stayed in. Pipes froze and they act like it's not their responsibility! Then when they do renovations they give no notice!
It's 4 months that I'm living in Bridle Creek Apartments, and it has been much more than what I expected of a good apartment complex. The management, support, services, everything is extraordinarily fantastic. The maintenance team reacts very fast on the tiniest problems the apartment might face. The management team are very caring and respectful to the residents' needs. The apartments are very clean, like no one else have ever lived there before you! The shopping centers are in walking distance. There's not a thing I'm unsatisfied with, and I appreciate living in such a fantastic complex.
A friend and I recently moved into Bridle Creek Apartment homes, lured by the beautiful grounds and lovely model homes. The agent directing our apartment purchase was consistently rude and discourteous, and we considered going elsewhere, but we were out of time and needed somewhere to live, so we tried to ignore it. Upon entering our new apartment, we noticed that, first off, the patio was in complete disarray, with the patio door not even being attached to it's rightful position, and with filth completely covering every plank of wood. Secondly, we soon found out that the air conditioning, the dryer, and the refrigerator were not operable! We informed them the next day, and waited for three days with no answer. I went back to see what the problem was, and it turns out that they haven't even put in a work order! We told them everything again, and were told it would be fixed within the week. The week went by with no fix. Eventually, we called the emergency line just so we could get someone out there to fix everything. He fixed our air conditioning and looked at our fridge, promising to come back the next day. He didn't. We had to continually fight them to fix everything. As of now, our dryer is still inoperable and its been weeks since we moved in. The agents are inept and rude, and the price is much to high for the sad and pathetic attempts at customer service you receive. Bridle Creek is a poor choice for any apartment hunter
