A perfect location for you and your family. Close to shopping and great schools! The managers are friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable. They genuinely make it feel like a community where people care. It is safe and maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. We love it here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. A drama-free place to live! They allow pets and have a great pool and work out room too.
Managers are terrible. They are argumentative and give you attitude and laugh if you have a problem. I liked it when we first moved in in 2014, but there was much nicer management then. New management does nothing except make it feel like you are in THEIR home, not your own, with bi-monthly inspections. Plus, at nights none of the lights work in the parking lot, and the parking situation is the worst ever. When we moved out they basically took or entire deposit, even though we cleaned really well, and nothing was broken. They charged us for a carpet patch, and the carpet was left as we got it. We just can't deal with the manager anymore, because she is just impossible, and will continually argue and lie. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they lie. They said they called us and left messages on multiple occasions, yet no messages or missed calls from them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, unless you're a lonely person who likes management in your apartment all the time and love to argue.
Been here since late 2008 the good thing is having a full size washer & dryer inside of your unit only one downfall is renting a washer & dryer from atrium court for 30$ a month but you have the choice to buy your own and return theirs. Inside of the apartment is medium sized but cozy, worst thing about living here is the occasional loud upstairs neighbors who you can hear moving furniture or arguing late nights the walls are very thin.
Literally the worst place I have ever lived. Took 5 months for them to finally give me a parking space. At one point before we were given a space when we went in one of the incompetent managers just said there are none which was absolutely not true. Children are running around at 11 and 12 at night on school nights. The gardners would always blow leaves and garbage on to our patio. The managers would park in the future resident spots so people who are coming to look at available apartments parked in actual resident spots. One time there was someone parked in my spot when I got home for my lunch break so I just parked in a future resident spot for the 30 minutes I had. When I came back to my car there was a "tow warning" paper under my wiper. Calling the tow trucks was never any help though considering all three times I did I waited for an hour or more and the people in my spot came out and left. At one point the management tried to accuse me of not paying my rent which i knew i turned the check in. After they argued with my mother (she is the one who signed the checks) for over 30 minutes my mother told them she was going to the bank to track down the check amd if it has been cashed there will be problems. Not even 5 minutes later they called her back and just so happened to find our rent check. The entire management at atrium court is incompetent and untrustworthy. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are many way better apartment complexes around Sacramento. This complex consists of cheapskate scam artists who don't care about you all they want is all your money (the management) , as well as a lot drug dealers and kids with parents that have no idea what the word discipline means.
The people here are pretty nice. For anyone who lives here now or in the future I would ask that you do not send your children to dump the trash un-supervised. I have seen many instances of children sent out with trash bags both heavy and light. They rarely make it into the trash bin. This has caused a big mess on a daily basis with the trash area getting out of control. I have also noticed children running around with food and leave it with the wrappers on the ground. This ends up making the area looking very trashy and ghetto. Please parents teach your children not to litter. I being a parent understand the difficulty in watching kids playing etc etc. I would just work with your kids to push them to be responsible. One other thing to mention be mindful of your neighbors. Some may like your music and some may not. This is not a club so don't play your music as if it is one. Parking is tough. You have one space unless you would like to rent another for $35 a month. I saw a review where someone felt the workers looked down on people here. I do not agree with that statement. I have interacted with many of these people from management to maintenance workers and all of them have been respectful towards me. I give it 3 stars based on the trash issue. I think management needs to be heavier handed on people throwing their trash over the wall instead of walking it into the bins as well as sending their little ones unsupervised to toss the trash.
