I've been here for 6 months. Was hooked in by the low move-in price, nice neighborhood and the "quoted" upgrades in their glossy brochure. The rental agents were in transition when we signed on, the building is now run by a power hungry trailer trash queen who specializes in "extra" charges, rent raising by $100 or more and looking the other direction til enough people complain. No suprise the turnover is high here. It's hotter than hell in the summer, the mold under the "fresh" paint appears after 3 months, the carpets are so old and dirty they disintegrate under your feet, when you smell raw sewage it's because it's pooled up under your building, spilling into the parking lot and draining into the columbia river and don't worry if you missed it the first time, it'll happen again in 2 months. My closest neighbors consist of party til you puke college kids with "friends" that come and go at all hours, a young chimney smokin' momma with two screaming toddlers and a good for nothing boyfriend that is told to leave once a week in dramatic cop calling fashion, and a person who collects cats and then decides they're too much trouble to take care of so they wander and howl hungy, homeless and unfixed. This place should be bulldozed and given to the school and golf course. Good place for transients, immigrants and druggies which is the direction it's heading under current management.
i was told that i would get the money back that i payed for app fee if i was not approved plus since i am married i was only suspoused to pay one app fee but they made me pay for two even though i am married and they when we were denied they kept all of our money i do not recomened this place to anyone at all they stole from us in our time of need when we need to save up as much money to move and they took 70 dollars for no reason what a rip off and the places are said to be remodled but they are not that place has looked the same inside and out for the last 10 years there is nothing new at all
