Bell Murfreesboro has been the place we call home for over five years now. The apartments are nice and huge and they come with a private entry way, which is a huge bonus. We also love the fact that they’re pet friendly and have a washer and dryer included at no extra cost to us. The people here are great and the ducks at the pond help bring our love closer. Not only are they cute, but they don’t mind being feed nether. The parking here is ok, it is not the best, but you can manage with what Bell has. I would recommend a garage if you’re going to be in a certain area on the property. (36, 35, 34, 33 buildings). The staff are some of the best I have seen in a long time. They’re professional, easy to talk to and are down to earth. They always work hard and are always willing to help you out with any issues you have. The only issue I have with Bell Murfreesboro, is there upper management. They do not seem to give Bell Murfreesboro staff the right recolonization they deserve. The maintenance staff are great. They normally have service request completed within 24 to 48 hours. Pretty good for an apartment complex this large. And they’re only two to three of them. They work hard, make you laugh at times, very professional and down to earth as well. Overall Bell Murfreesboro is a great place to live. The crime rate is very low. Actually, I don’t recall any issues here. If you’re looking for a great place to live, Bell Murfreesboro is the place. While the price tag can be a bit hard on the pocket book, depending on what you’re looking for, it is still worth checking out! Also, very kid friendly place! They can feed the ducks, play on the playground and even have mommy and daddy take them for a swim on the hot summer days. We also have a couple gas stations nearby and a Sonic, which is pretty good and the hospital is very close by, which is always a plus for the ones who need that the most! So there you go folks, pet friendly, kid friendly and quite neighborhood that is safe and ready to be moved in to. What more can you ask for? If you referral a friend, you also get money off your rent. What a bonus?!
We moved here in April and have had nothing but pest problems since. At one point I was having pest control out to my unit every other week. They don't treat the problem they just spot spray your unit. You walk around the grounds and you see ant hills EVERYWHERE. I can't step out of my car with out getting an ant on my foot. At one point the pest company told me it was my fault I had ants because of my cats food being out. On top of the pest problem, there's no assigned parking and if you get back to the apartments after 6 or 7 good luck to you on finding a spot that's even in the same aisle your apartment is. If you live on a bottom unit you can hear everything going on in the unit above yours down to their cell phones vibrating. Besides all of that, the actual Bell Murfreesboro staff is very nice, maintenance responds quickly, and the apartments are in a great location which is why they got a 2 star rating.
Horrible Staff!!!! Before the property was acquired by Bell I always had great experiences. After being acquired by Bell the staff was rude, unprofessional, and uninformed-to say the least. Being a former lease agent myself, I understand what it can be like to float between properties. However, the temp staff at Bell could NEVER help me OR answer my questions. The staff was inconsistent at best. I had decided to renew my lease with Aldridge, but once Bell took over-I counted down the days until my lease ended.
I have had a good experience with the new staff at Bell M'boro, it seems they have gotten rid of all the temp employees and brought in new full time staff, two of them managers. They are friendly and helpful with my issues. I am glad to see that are starting to have resident events at the Club House on a regular basis now. Also, the new maintenance crew is much better, they are prompt to come to your unit and fix your place once you fill out a request through the online system.
