Just moved in here about almost a month ago and I love it here super quiet. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful! Hernan has been amazing he helped us find our apartment and has always met our needs and concerns , We just moved here from Florida and I couldn't have picked a more perfect community for our family to settle in for our time here. The only issue I have had is parking at late hours it's a little difficult to find a spot but that's the only negative thing I have to say!! Way to go hernan you have been awesome!!!
Lived here for almost 2 years. I've had nothing but a positive experience since I've been here. Jetzabel is the best ! although the other ladies in the office are always nice, Jetzabel is the one that showed me the apartment and is always more than happy to listen and accommodate.I looked for many places to live and you cannot find a nicer place for the money.
I have really enjoyed living here at Eaves for the last year. I'm actually really surprised at the negative ratings. The community is pretty quiet, I can pretty much always find a parking spot, and maintenance is super responsive/gets work orders completed in 1 or 2 days! The staff is always really nice and responsive, and helpful with questions. The gym, pools, and computer office are all really well kept and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
If you are reading this – know that once and for all – this is NOT where you want to live! “Why?” You may ask?? Let me count the ways… FIRST) Your neighbors are either rambunctious, rude, criminals with violent assault records, dope-weed-drug dealers, or party ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT people. Security or Courtesy Patrol is afraid to approach these individuals, therefore – your complaints seldom ever get addressed. The front office will occasionally interfere (if you nag them enough). But for the main part, nothing ever gets done to secure one’s peace of mind or security. So, sleep with one eye open, or don’t get any at all (because your upstairs neighbor needs to vacuum at 2am!) SECOND) Theft is rampant. If you don’t have a garage, your car is ether a) subject to getting broken into, b) used as a ‘pick-a-part’, c) towed d) or dinged, scratched, hit by other cars in your community. I could go on, but there’s so much more to cover... Oh, and sometimes having a garage won't grant your personal effects any safety, they’ll find a way to break into that too. THIRD) You can’t leave your apartment windows open due to marijuana smoke coming in. Or, there’s also the opportunity of someone working on their car outside and having gaseous fumes stream inside as well. FOURTH) Dog waste everywhere. In the walkways, in the grass, by your parking stall… etc. You have to watch where you walk, or you’ll step in it and track it into your apartment. Janitors do their best to keep up (if you nag them enough), but it’s everywhere. And sometimes, it will sit there for WEEKS! FIFTH) Trash everywhere. I understand that one cannot control what others do. However, I do believe that they (Eaves) have employed janitors to “maintain the grounds”. Sadly, it’s not on a regular schedule. Recommendation: Place trash cans at strategic areas for people to toss their litter in. This way, the janitors can go to ONE PLACE and collect it all. It’s not rocket science people. SIXTH) Homeless derelicts come to this property to bathe in the pools, dispose of their dirty needles in the planters, go through the trash dumpsters, approach you for money, break into cars or into apartments, etc. You get the picture. Again, the leasing office has never done anything to correct the issue. SEVENTH) Please don’t get me wrong, but the boys who work in Maintenance (for the most part) are good guys. However, in the past, they’ve had “suspicious” individuals working there. There was a time when things were “turning up missing” from my bedroom after every “inspection”. Things such as: expensive bottles of perfume, jewelry, my son’s iPod nano, some of his video games, and who knows what else I am yet to discover. I even knew of “certain” maintenance workers sleeping in apartments that were being “worked on” while the renters were out. If they have your key, they have access... and trust me, they will use it. Forget about having the faucets fixed… they leak all the time. Until they either hire professional plumbers to replace all he old fixtures, just deal with it yourself. EIGHTH) The front office (with the exception of Christy), doesn’t care about the general complaints of the residents who call. They’re only there to collect a paycheck, and that’s all folks. Hey! Here’s a thought! When placing tenants into their perspective apartments/units, why not group them according to their lifestyle? Quiet, low-key individuals can share one community/building, while the wild and crazy college students can share a different building. Those with families can go into another building, and those with dogs can do the same. Just a thought! I can go on, and on.. but I’m running out of space to write. So, if any of these “features” listed sound like something that would appeal to you, then welcome! But if you value your peace of mind, peace and quiet, and security; find another location. For what you pay for in rent here, you should be able to find a place that would offer such accommodations. Happy hunting!
Eaves phillips ranch has been a great place to live for the last 8 years. We did have one problem in all the time we have been here. I accidentally placed a copy of our original parking permit on the window and forgot to take it off and place the original one on. Our car was tow and charged $163.00. I feel that they should have given us a warning to make sure we were aware that the car could be tow after all the years we have been here. The office did not even make an effort to assist us . I took our original parking permit and was issue the new permits which we have hanging on our window now. No call was made to us regarding the incident. So this is the only thing I am still upset.
