Be very careful about signing the lease before you are allowed to fully inspect your apartment. You will be told if you find anything wrong my a punch list and take pictures and the issues will be taken care of. That is very untrue. Once you sign the lease you are on your own. This is obviously the practice of the corporate office and the hands of the staff are tied. It is such a shame that a good tenant who may have signed for several more years will be moving when the lease expires. All because the management could not put out $100 for repairs. I assure every issue WAS brought to your attention. I am a parent of one of the residence. I didn't want backlash for my daughter so I put up the review. Just know She will not resign with you. No one there keeps their word on repairs. We were met outside the building and handed a key without insisting on an inspection. I am determined to warn others before this is their nightmare too.
It's been only a month being here but I'm regretting.. because my neighbor in downstairs smokes in the master bathroom and it all comes to my bathroom and spread out to master room. It smells so strong, so I had to turn the fan on but it doesn't work at all. It's only me and my little daughter, my daughter is having a hard time staying in this apartment. The old man smokes from early morning like 5 a.m.. and when I back to home from work, my house stinks..it's like smoking room in the Hotel. I paid for 2 bedroom but couldn't use the master room and bathroom. The old man in downstairs said he can do whatever he want to in his room, and management office couldn't fix this problem. I never expected this issue to happen..but I still have contract remained 10months..
This apartment complex, and whoever owns it, seems to go out of their way to make sure you are neglected.I don't ever leave reviews and will be BUT where do I even begin. They scammed me into paying several security deposits, and tried to charge me almost 5 times more when I moved out for an apartment that was already in horrible condition when I moved in. The guy that jotted down the problems in my apartment ( for example: the patched up, stained, carpet), told me about the monthly fees and expenses, just so happened to quit or get fired a few months after conning me into paying a nonrefundable deposit. The people at the front office ARE SO DAMN RUDE. It is as if they are doing you a favor by being there and you must submit to them. They were rude to me all year, they spoke down to me and my roommate, and when I tried to explain what their agent (the one that got fired/quit) did and told me, they acted as if I was lying. I had a friend move out because of bed bugs, the maintenance was super slow, and they just did not care about me. I will NEVER stay at their properties again, if you want to live around here swallow the few extra dollars Amli charges and live across the street. BTW your front and side gates will be broken more often then you think so be ready to come home at 3 AM and find your gates all wide open to anyone that chooses to come here. This place provided me with the worst living experience I have ever had in my life. Kudos to them.
To put it simply they were wonderful! Great customer service, awesome amenities, fixed any maintenance issues within 24 hours. Nicole Prager is a outstanding Community Manager and it shows in the service you receive through out the process. Thanks for everything!!!!
Moved my family in here sight unseen. Got a great feeling about Grand Oasis just after speaking with Nicki Prager, the Community Manager. Nicki has lived up to her word. The apartment we moved into is great and we found it nice and clean. A job well done by Nicki and her staff! PS: They love dogs too!
