The condo is in gorgeous Aventura Luxury Condominiums in Scottsdale Arizona and features Granite counter tops, Travertine stone floors, travertine shower surround, mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, etc. Conveniently located just off the loop 101 freeway in Scottsdale with easy access to the Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) and the many shopping centers in the area. With access to the 3 pools(two of them being heated) and just steps away from your front door. A fitness room, hot tub, tennis courts and a gas BBQ also convenient amenities. The condo comes with high speed Wi-Fi internet as well as cable and local phone. For the great entertainment pleasure there is a 52” LCD TV in the living room and 18” TV in the master bedroom. Brand new washer and dryer has been installed. All new appliances.

This is a vacation rental that includes:

-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool and fitness center, community grill near pool, onsite tennis, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.

This unit is also pet friendly with a pet fee of $150-$200 non-refundable. You will be required to pay a $125 cleaning fee, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a $500 security deposit.

The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 25+ days during the summer months of May-September. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out.
