TERRIBLE. AWFUL. REGRETFUL. MANAGEMENT (CORPORATE - KAREN) OFFER ZERO HELP. Problems (SHORT version): ROACHES - too many to count BUGS - all types BREAK INS - ALL the time ATTEMPTED BREAK INS - just last week BURGLARY - just last week CLOGED DRAINS - constantly PARKING - awful. Often dark out and having to walk knowing of present break-ins is awful and scary NEIGHBORS - LOUD. LOUD. LOUD. Trying, begging to get out of my lease yet corporate won't budge. EVEN THOUGH, they (Karen) let my friend out of her lease for LESS than these reason not even a year ago. She is truly spiteful. This place is going downhill FAST. Too late to recover if you ask me. I wouldn't pay $10 a month to live here - not worth it. They also own Villa Paree - SAME SITUATIONS - MURDERS AND GROSS. SAVE your time and stress and steer FAR away from these two complexes and KAREN.

Do Not Live Here. I agree with previous ratings, when Morgan was there it was great! She was nice, organized, and got things done in a timely manner that actually helped the residents. The new managers they've had since (note: plural. Nobody can stick around at this place) are unorganized, rude, and are not there to help residents. They switch stories when needed to accommodate their needs and frustrate the residents. For a month there were notices sent about crime in the area, and sure enough a couple days later I had my gas siphoned, and another car was broken in to (thankfully not mine). If you can afford ANYWHERE else to live, do so. Seriously. Do NOT make this mistake like the rest of us have made!!!!

THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT GOOD...MANAGEMENT IS TOO STRESSFUL!! I moved in, in August and Morgan was the property manager and it was a pleasant place to live. Then when morgan left, a new HORRIBLE Property Manager, Ida came. This is when the trouble started happening. She was extremely rude the first time I talked to her on the phone. Then we were still be charged for our carports that we had given up...so we had negative balance on our apartment, each month! We also had ALOT OF BUGS! they did continue to come in and spray but the bugs kept coming back. The management SUX but the employees made it an OK place to live. Bob the maintance guy was really sweet and nice. Also there is a very sweet lady who worked on the weekends and sometimes during the week, Barbara. She has been with this company for a long time and she is very helpful......JUST MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR LEASE AND YOU HAVE COORPORATES PHONE NUMBER IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE!

I have lived here for almost two years. When I moved in, I moved into one of the recently renovated units. The new units are nice. Just a block up Allisonville and it is a bit shady, however this area isn't all that bad. However, when I first moved in my roommate was mugged. If you check the crime database, this can happen anywhere, however the staff at the time was not willing to let me break my lease because of it. There has been two management changes in the past year, so hopefully we will see even more improvements. Over all, I can't complain. My neighbors aren't too loud, I typically get a parking spot right outside my unit, and I like being located between Castleton and BroadRipple.

I have lived here for over a year now & can not wait until my lease is up! I have experienced extremely rude management, as well as unresponded corporate calls! Also, I have had lack of maintenance services that are very important! For example, I reported that my door buzzer stopped working well over a month ago and I have yet to even receive even a phone call concerning it! Therefore, I must buzz whoever into mu building in hopes that it is not a stranger! Also, my stove is a fire hazard due to the shortage in it & they refuse to fix or replace it! Lastly but still very importantly, I have to park in guest parking, which is 4 buildings away from mine. Their suggestion was to purchase a car port, but the nearest one to my apartment is still 3 buildings away!
