Apartment #8 is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully tiled apartment with an updated kitchen that rests across the street from a well-maintained City Park. The apartment comes with a/c and ceiling fans. There is an on-site laundry area, and each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space.
The property is ideally located on SW 20th Street between Federal Highway and Andrews Avenue, giving quick and easy access to Federal Highway, I-95, I-595, and SR 84. Port Everglades and the Airport are a very short drive away.
Small pets (up to 25lbs) are allowed; there is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a 1-time pet fee that is due at lease signing.
There is an $80 non-refundable application fee, and background screening is required with each application. Leases are for 12 months. Move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit (either 1, 2, or 3 months' rent).
FYI, outdoor storage in Fort Lauderdale is available to any tenant who needs a place to park a boat, trailer, RV, camper, or water toy - and dock space is also available.
