The house is only 2 short blocks from campus! There are already 4 awesome girls living there. The house is being refinished this summer, and the rooms in the house are really big! There are two bathrooms, and off-street parking. The rent is $380 a month plus utilities. The landlord is really easy to work with and is a very nice guy. Really desperate for a subleaser!
