This is where the rule "Always come to an apartment your considering moving into at night" rule comes into play. While the floor plans are outstanding to say the least, usually you can find yourself getting a decent view from the screened in balcony from any of the apartment locations, a beautiful pool (when it is being maintained properly. During the day it's your typical friendly complex experience complete with children playing, citizens walking their dogs, it's beautiful, even a comfortable stroll to the St. John's river in the very back is pleasing...but again ONLY during the day. At night is a completely different story. COMPLETE opposite of what you just whitnessed during the day. Bass emitting through select units, individuals cars, people standing in groups outside talking ridiculously loud, watching your every move, and this is at 1am mind you. It's very uncomfortable feeling knowing when you get off work as your driving you have people staring at your vehicle or watching you as you walk to your building, I'm lucky enough to be at the last few days of my lease without any 'serious' issues. but had I known before, I wouldn't have hesitated to choose another location to live, but if you choose this to be your home, just be safe and god speed. 2/5
i have lived here for over 6 years and this place has gone downhill the whole time . between the drug deals on the streets now and the rude management and maintenance workers i would not sign another contract if they paid me the 650 a month
these apartments are way too high and the maintnence service is terrible we have big skinks that come into our house every summer in case you dont know know what a skink is its a very big slimy lizard it looks like a snake with legs and it comes from the out of the forest because this is a heavily wooded area DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
Never again will I reside in such a rat hole. Mold growing underneath the carpet nd in the walls. My sink is clogged with food from upstairs neighbors garbage disposal. Its been this way over a week now nd my carpet is flooded
