I like it here. No problems so far! If i have a problem i tell them & they fix it right on time. Just dont like that i have no light in my bedroom but i can use a lamp anytime
At first when I moved into Park Gates we had a problem with my apartment. The staff took control of it immediately. I am very grateful for that. Jonathan is my "go to guy" whenever I have a situation or problem, but all the staff is helpful. My neighbors are very friendly and helpful. There are some kinks in the apartments like gates and such; but as of right now that is being taken care of. I do enjoy Park Gates, it is a very convient location for me and decent price. They fixed my apartment up nicely, the only problem is there is no lighting fixtures in the room, but that can be taken care of with a hanging lamp. I do highly recommend Park Gates!
The new management company is.awesome, they actually care about the residents. Not only have they made progress on all the stuff that the other management company failed to complete but.they are totally remodeling the whole place, inside and out. Let me tell.you first hand that the renovated apartments are beautiful. I know its hard to put faith in trust in a management company after being burned so many times but these guys are awesome GO LBK. I would refer these apartments to anyone
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE -- My partner just moved out of this place. The apartment was not well maintained, management would not fix things like missing cover plates on electrical outlets and the tub was cracked the whole time he lived there. The crack was covered up with what appeared to be some sort of epoxy. The drive-in gate was broken and inoperable for all but a few days that he lived there and as a result there was a rash of car windows being broken and a neighbor getting his apartment broken into. State law says that the landlord has 30 days to return the security deposit or itemized deductions and they did neither without repeated follow-up and goading. They finally cut a check on the 35th day and after being told that there would be no charge for damages they withheld a portion of the deposit. State law dictates that the landlord forfeits all rights to withhold any portion of the deposit after failing to return the deposit and/or list of deductions within 30 days. The penalty is 3 times the amount withheld, $100, and court costs. We are suing and we will win hands down. If you've had a similar experience, you should sue as well. The stature of limitations is 2 years on such a claim. Look up Section 92.109 of Texas Property Code. Heed the warnings and DO NOT RENT FROM PARK GATES. If you have been burned take them to court!
WaRNING!!! ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY. this company will cheat you out of money. They stole my app fee and promised me they would mail it to me and never did. I asked why it was no mailed and they said it was non refundable after they denied me the apartment. All they were supposed to keep the admin fee and I was fine with that.
